摘 要 論文在分析非物質文化遺產(chǎn)資料類型和特點的基礎上，論述了選擇Web作為非物質文化遺產(chǎn)資料管理系統(tǒng)平臺的合理性和必然性，提出借鑒成熟的圖書館學理論和方法建設非物質文化遺產(chǎn)資料管理系統(tǒng)的設計思路，利用.net技術實現(xiàn)非物質文化遺產(chǎn)資料超文本管理，針對一些關鍵性問題給出了解決方案。

Abstract Based on the analysis of styles and characters of non-material cultural heritage data， this paper argues its rationality and necessity， and offers solutions to some critical problems. It puts forward an idea of constructing an online management system by drawing on the theory and methods of the mature library science， so as to realize the hyper text management of non-material cultural heritage data through this management system.

1 非物質文化遺產(chǎn)資料簡論

1.1 非物質文化遺產(chǎn)文獻化意義

非物質文化遺產(chǎn)（以下簡稱“非遺”）雖然是一種獨特的，被稱之為“看不見、摸不著”“無形的”傳統(tǒng)文化事項，但其往往是通過附著有這些傳統(tǒng)文化事項的某些“看得見、摸得著”的具體形式保存和呈現(xiàn)出來，使我們得以能夠使用文字、圖像等某種“物化”了的形態(tài)去紀錄、保存、總結研究非遺各種事項。例如對技藝、技能、原生空間等非程式化的過程性知識類事項，使用全程不間斷錄像紀錄完整的制作流程，用照片紀錄器物、工具、制成品的外觀和質地，用文字、錄音紀錄和描述傳承人口述史及有關該工藝的原理、用途、制作技藝、沿革流變、文化含義等相關知識要素……這樣不但能夠詳細記錄非遺傳承人制作、表演的整個過程和取得的成果，還記載了他們對所傳遺產(chǎn)的理解。在不割裂原生語境和個性情形下，利用現(xiàn)代科學技術，采用文字、圖像、聲音相互參照的“三位一體”形式將非遺知識
