B超引導下米索前列醇配合局部麻醉用于人工流產術效果分析

[摘要] 目的 研究B超引導下實施米索前列醇配合局部麻醉針對人工流產術的臨床效果。 方法 回顧性分析該院2012年1月—2013年7月間共收治124例人工流產患者，隨機將全部患者分為實驗組和對照組，每組患者62例，實驗組給予米索前列醇配合局部麻醉治療；對照組患者給予利多卡因治療，然后對比兩組患者的臨床療效。 結果 經過該院的嚴格診治，實驗組患者的臨床效果相對于對照組的效果更優，于手術并發癥、宮頤擴張程度、手術時間以及手術出血量等差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。 結論 合理使用麻醉藥物能夠降低患者的并發癥，提高手術的臨床效果。

Curative Effect Analysis of Local Anesthesia Cooperated with Misoprostol Guided by Ultrasound in Induced Abortion

[Abstract] Objective To study the curative effect of local anesthesia cooperated with misoprostol guided by ultrasound in induced abortion. Methods The data of 124 patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to July 2012 and underwent induced abortion， were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 62 cases in each group. Local anesthesia cooperated with misoprostol was conducted in the experimental group， while lidocaine treatment was performed in the control group .Clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Based on strict diagnosis and treatment， the clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group， and differences of surgical complications， GongYi expansion degree， operation time and blood loss between the two groups were significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Rational use of narcotic drugs can reduce the complications of patients and improve the clinical effect of surgery.

人工流產術屬于一種育齡女性非自愿妊娠后的補救方法，其能促進我國計劃生育所提倡的少生優生政策[1]。常規的人工流產術經常性使用靜脈全身麻醉的方式，孕婦于手術操作中需要醫務人員全程緊盯，并且該手術的費用較高，對于經濟較為困難的家庭難以承擔，同時對孕婦的擇選有著不同程度的限制[2-3]。由于新時代的發展，人們的心理均能接受較為開放的社會環境，導致了許多女性意外懷孕，所以探究一種價格便宜、無痛苦、安全有效的手術方法，是非常重要的。現針對該院2012年1月—2013年7月共收治的124例人工流產患者進行研究，分析B超引導下米索前列醇配合局部麻醉的臨床療效，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

2012年1月—2013年7月共收治124例人工流產患者，其中年齡分布區間為18～45歲，平均年齡為（28.3±2.4）歲。……
