面向素質教育高校企業化班級管理模式的探索

摘 要：培養出能夠適應社會發展形式、滿足企業需求的高素質應用型人才是高等教育領域面臨的一項重要課題。該文運用現代企業化管理手段，進行了“企業化班級”管理模式的探索，構建了班級管理模式、細化班級管理崗位職責、規范班費使用管理流程、制定班級工作計劃與實施管理等措施，力求將學生培養成具有自主管理、善于獨立溝通運作、自主快速解決實際問題等技能的高素質應用型人才。

Exploration of the New Management of Enterprise Class Oriented to the Higher Education for All-around Development

Abstract：In order to meet the needs of applied talents for the society and enterprises，it is an important task to cultivate applied talents with all-around development. This paper utilized the modern enterprise management mode to construct the hierarchy-managing mode，refine the management responsibilities，standardize class financial management process and establish the work plan for a class and implement management and other measures，for cultivating students with independent management and operation as well as good communication. This managing measures can help them solve practical problems and adapt the social development and needs of enterprise.

隨著市場經濟的日益發展，人才的競爭變得愈來愈激烈。如何培養出能夠適應社會發展形式、滿足企業需求的高素質應用型人才成為了高等教育領域面臨的一項重要任務[1]。筆者借助自身企業工作經歷，運用現代企業化管理手段，對所負責的淮北師范大學2011級勞動社會保障班級進行了“企業化班級”管理模式的探索，構建了一系列更加高效的班級管理制度，力求將學生培養成具有自主管理定位、善于獨立溝通運作、自主快速解決實際問題等技能的高素質應用型人才。

1 構建“企業化班級”二層管理模式

對于一個企業來說，如果沒有層級管理，就無法進行快捷的溝通、無法進行完整的信息傳達，造成整個組織內部的無序；如果沒有明確的指責劃分，員工會為了你做得多，我做得少而抱怨，出現問題不知道責任人是誰等等一系列問題?！?br>
