【摘要】數控系統綜合實踐是機械制造及自動化專業重要的實踐環節,與課程配套的實驗室建設為實施課程教學提供了必要的支撐平臺。本次實驗室建設從實踐教學內容、實踐教學軟硬件建設、教學方法研究、師資隊伍建設等方面進行全方位的改革與探索,為復合型、應用型高層次數控人才的培養和教師從事科研提供了良好的平臺和契機。近兩年的實踐證明,學生的實踐能力和創新能力等綜合技能以及就業競爭力得到顯著的提升。

【Abstract】CNC system comprehensive practice are important practical aspects of Mechanical Manufacture and Automation major, and the laboratory construction to support the curriculum provides the necessary support platform for the implementation of the teaching. Reform and exploration are proceeded in a full range, from the content of practice teaching, teaching software and hardware development, teaching methods, construction of teaching staff, a good platform and opportunity are provided for the cultivating of compound, applied high?鄄level CNC talents and for teachers engaging in scientific research. Practice has proved that in the past two years, the students competitiveness of practical ability, creative ability skills, employability are significantly improved.

1.實驗室建設的背景
數控技術是制造業實現自動化、柔性化、集成化生產的關鍵技術,而運用數控技術的數控機床是制造業的重要戰略裝備,是體現國家綜合國力及水平的重要標志。
國內大多數企業都先后引進、購置了大量的數控設備,這些企業需要既精通數控加工工藝、數控編程,又能熟練操作數控機床,同時對數控機床關鍵功能部件、伺服驅動系統、數控系統的維護、維修有一定基礎的復合型的高層次數控人才。而目前此類人才相當緊缺,培養數控技術的應用型人才已成為當務之急。
