正畸治療上前牙阻生的臨床探討

[摘要] 目的 研究分析口腔正畸治療上前牙阻生的臨床效果，為日后上前牙阻生的臨床治療提供更多依據。 方法 此次研究方便選取2013年5月—2015年11月該院所收治的44例上前牙阻生患者為研究對象，將其分為對照組病患22例（以單純外科導萌手術治療）和觀察組病患22例（在手術治療的基礎上加之口腔正畸治療）兩組，觀察比較兩組病患的治療效果。結果 觀察組病患的治療總有效率為95.45%（21/22），對照組患者的治療總有效率為72.73%（16/22），觀察組患者的治療總有效率明顯高于對照組患者，且觀察組患者的牙列紊亂、牙齦炎癥、咬牙合錯牙合的異常率分別為1（4.54%）、0（0.00%）、0（0.00%）明顯低于對照組的1（4.54%）、1（4.54%）、2（9.09%），兩組之間差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 口腔正畸用于治療上前牙阻生具有較為良好的效果，能夠顯著的幫助病患改善癥狀，且異常情況少，從而有效的提升患者的臨床治療效果及生活質量，值得進一步在臨床中普及運用。

Clinical Study on Orthodontic Treatment of Impacted Anterior Teeth of Maxilla

[Abstract] Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment for impacted anterior teeth of maxilla， and to provide more evidence for further clinical treatment. Methods The study comprised 44 patients with impacted anterior teeth of maxilla in our hospital from May 2013 to November 2015，whom were divided into the control group （22 cases only for surgical guide eruption treatment） and the observation group（22 cases in surgical guide eruption combined with orthodontic treatment）.Then the treatment effect of the control group was compared with the observation one. Results The total effective rates in the observation group and the control group were 95.45% （21/22）and 72.73% （16/22） respectively，which were significantly higher in the observation group than the control one. The incidence of dentition disorder， gingival inflammation and abnormal rate of malocclusion in the observation group was 1（4.54%）， 0（0.00%）， 0 （0.00%），which was significantly lower than the control group 1（4.54%）， 1（4.54%）， 2（9.09%）.There were significant differences between the two groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment has a good effect on treating impacted anterior teeth of maxilla. It can help patients to improve symptoms significantly and has less abnormal situation， which enhances clinical effect and quality of life for patients effectively and is worthy of further popularization in clinical use.

上前牙阻生是一種常見的牙齒發育障礙，輕度的阻生牙會對患者牙齒的萌出造成影響，導致遲萌或者萌出錯位，阻生牙牙冠周圍的牙齦常常會發炎、疼痛，還會引起鄰牙齒禹壞、松動，牙槽骨吸收等癥狀，在臨床中具有較高的發病率，會嚴重影響患者的生活質量[1]。為了尋找較好的上前牙阻生臨床治療方式，幫助病患有效改善癥狀，從而提高治療效果，此次研究方便選取2013年5月—2015年11月該院所收治的44例上前牙阻生患者為研究對象，分為兩組以不同的方式進行治療，觀察比較兩組病患的治療效果，評價口腔正畸治療上前牙阻生的臨床效果，并取得了較為不錯的效果，現將結果，現報道如下。……
