
[摘要] 目的 探討團體心理危機干預在急診科應用的效果。 方法 方便選取2013年5月—2016年6月該院急診科患者及與事件密切相關人員202人,按照隨機數字表法分成觀察組和對照組各101人,觀察組采用團體心理危機干預,對照組采用常規心理干預,采用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)對兩組參與者干預前后的心理狀態進行評價。 結果 觀察組干預后軀體化評分為(1.76±0.51)分,抑郁評分為(2.11±0.57)分,焦慮評分為(2.04±0.53)分,恐怖評分為(1.74±0.42)分,對照組分別為(2.06±0.54)分、(2.60±0.55)分、(2.41±0.56)分、(2.07±0.43)分,觀察組明顯低于對照組(P<0.05)。 結論 實施及時有效的團體心理危機干預能夠顯著降低急診科患者及家屬的不良心理反應,避免急性心理應激障礙的發生。

The Effect of Group Psychological Crisis Intervention in Emergency Department

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of group psychological crisis intervention in emergency department. Methods Emergency department patients in our hospital and closely related personnel events 202 people from May 2013 to June 2016 were convenient selected, randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 101 cases, the observation group used by group psychological crisis intervention, the control group used conventional psychological intervention, used the symptom checklist (SCL-90) to evaluate before and after two groups of participants mental state intervention. Results The observation group after the intervention of somatization score was(1.76±0.51)points, depression score was (2.11±0.57)points, anxiety score was (2.04±0.53)points, terror score was (1.74±0.42)points, the control group respectively was(2.06±0.54)points,(2.60±0.55)points,(2.41±0.56)points,(2.07±0.43)points, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of timely and effective group psychological crisis intervention can significantly reduce the adverse psychological reaction of emergency department patients and their families, and avoid the occurrence of acute psychological stress disorder.

急診科患者病情兇險、發病較急,患者家屬未作出充分的心理準備,因而常產生恐懼、煩躁、激動等不良情緒,嚴重者會產生心理應激反應,不僅影響著患者及家屬的身心健康,而且也是造成醫療糾紛的重要原因[1]。研究證實,團體心理危機干預能夠有效預防和緩解患者及家屬的心理創傷和應激反應[2]。該研究方便選取2013年5月—2016年6月該院急診科患者及與事件密切相關人員101人采用團體心理危機干預,取得了顯著效果,現報道如下。
1 資料與方法
