
[摘要] 目的 探討團(tuán)體心理危機(jī)干預(yù)在急診科應(yīng)用的效果。 方法 方便選取2013年5月—2016年6月該院急診科患者及與事件密切相關(guān)人員202人,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成觀察組和對照組各101人,觀察組采用團(tuán)體心理危機(jī)干預(yù),對照組采用常規(guī)心理干預(yù),采用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)對兩組參與者干預(yù)前后的心理狀態(tài)進(jìn)行評價(jià)。 結(jié)果 觀察組干預(yù)后軀體化評分為(1.76±0.51)分,抑郁評分為(2.11±0.57)分,焦慮評分為(2.04±0.53)分,恐怖評分為(1.74±0.42)分,對照組分別為(2.06±0.54)分、(2.60±0.55)分、(2.41±0.56)分、(2.07±0.43)分,觀察組明顯低于對照組(P<0.05)。 結(jié)論 實(shí)施及時(shí)有效的團(tuán)體心理危機(jī)干預(yù)能夠顯著降低急診科患者及家屬的不良心理反應(yīng),避免急性心理應(yīng)激障礙的發(fā)生。

The Effect of Group Psychological Crisis Intervention in Emergency Department

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of group psychological crisis intervention in emergency department. Methods Emergency department patients in our hospital and closely related personnel events 202 people from May 2013 to June 2016 were convenient selected, randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 101 cases, the observation group used by group psychological crisis intervention, the control group used conventional psychological intervention, used the symptom checklist (SCL-90) to evaluate before and after two groups of participants mental state intervention. Results The observation group after the intervention of somatization score was(1.76±0.51)points, depression score was (2.11±0.57)points, anxiety score was (2.04±0.53)points, terror score was (1.74±0.42)points, the control group respectively was(2.06±0.54)points,(2.60±0.55)points,(2.41±0.56)points,(2.07±0.43)points, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of timely and effective group psychological crisis intervention can significantly reduce the adverse psychological reaction of emergency department patients and their families, and avoid the occurrence of acute psychological stress disorder.

急診科患者病情兇險(xiǎn)、發(fā)病較急,患者家屬未作出充分的心理準(zhǔn)備,因而常產(chǎn)生恐懼、煩躁、激動(dòng)等不良情緒,嚴(yán)重者會(huì)產(chǎn)生心理應(yīng)激反應(yīng),不僅影響著患者及家屬的身心健康,而且也是造成醫(yī)療糾紛的重要原因[1]。研究證實(shí),團(tuán)體心理危機(jī)干預(yù)能夠有效預(yù)防和緩解患者及家屬的心理創(chuàng)傷和應(yīng)激反應(yīng)[2]。該研究方便選取2013年5月—2016年6月該院急診科患者及與事件密切相關(guān)人員101人采用團(tuán)體心理危機(jī)干預(yù),取得了顯著效果,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
