人工淚液輔助改善瞼板腺功能障礙性干眼癥療效分析

[摘要] 目的 探討人工淚液輔助改善瞼板腺功能障礙性干眼癥的效果。方法 整群選取該院眼科2014年6月—2016年6月收治的105例（210眼）瞼板腺功能障礙性干眼癥患者，隨機分為2組，對照組52例給予常規治療，觀察組53例，在對照組的基礎上給予人工淚液，比較兩組療效。結果 觀察組總有效率為90.6%，Shirmer（18.62±6.44）mm/5 min、BUT（23.29±4.10）s，顯著優于對照組總有效率為76.9%， Shirmer（13.27±7.01）mm/5 min、BUT（16.67±3.11）s（P<0.05）。結論 人工淚液輔助常規治療顯著，可有效改善臨床癥狀，值得應用。

[Abstract] Objective To artificial tears improving meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye effect.Methods I group selected ophthalmology in June 2014 to June 2016， 105 cases （210 eyes） of meibomian gland dysfunction in patients with dry eye， Randomly divided into 2 groups， In the control group， 52 cases were treated with routine treatment， The observation group 53 cases treated with artificial tear on the basis of the control group， Compare curative effect.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.6%， Shirmer（18.62±6.44）mm/5 min、BUT（23.29±4.10）s， Compared with the control group， the total effective rate was 76.9%， Shirmer（13.27±7.01）mm/5 min、BUT（16.67±3.11）s（P < 0.05）.Conclusion Artificial tears help conventional treatment significantly， Can effectively improve the clinical symptoms， Worth applying.

干眼癥是眼科常見的眼瞼慢性疾病，也稱為干燥性結膜、角膜炎，多是由于角膜前淚膜的質或淚液量異常改變，造成結、角膜上皮無法維持正常功能而出現干眼、眼澀和異物感[1]。瞼板腺功能障礙是導致干眼病的重要原因之一。據報道[2-3]，近年來全球范圍內眼睛干眼癥患者不斷增加，現已達到1200萬，美國和日本報道正常人群中瞼板腺異常人群比例達20%～55%，因瞼板腺功能障礙導致干眼癥人群比例達到65%以上；而我國人群瞼板腺功能障礙性干眼癥患者發生率為28.6%～30.4%[4]。該病不僅對患者視力造成影響，嚴重者可導致角膜磨損，甚至失明。因此，對患者進行有效的治療是促進患者康復的關鍵。該研究通過對該院眼科2014年6月—2016年6月收治的53例（106眼）瞼板腺功能障礙性干眼癥患者進行人工淚液治療，取得了滿意效果，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

整群選取該院眼科2014年6月—2016年6月收治的105例（210眼）瞼板腺功能障礙性干眼癥患者為研究對象，患者均為雙眼病患，有眼干、眼澀、異物感等癥狀，經臨床癥狀及裂隙燈顯微鏡下檢查確診，符合瞼板腺功能障礙診斷標準[5]。……
