益氣養陰活血法對慢性心力衰竭的治療作用研究

[摘要] 目的 探討益氣養陰活血法治療慢性心力衰竭的療效。方法 整群選擇該院2014年1月—2016年8月期間收治的86例慢性心力衰竭患者作為受試者，隨機分為對照組和觀察組，各43例。對照組采用西醫常規治療，觀察組在對照組基礎上增加益氣養陰活血中藥湯劑治療，觀察兩組臨床療效及不良反應情況。結果 觀察組中醫證候療效為90.70%顯著高于對照組（72.09%），觀察組心衰療效為93.02%，顯著高于對照組（74.42%），對照組不良反應發生率（25.58%）顯著高于觀察組（6.98%），組間差異有統計學意義，P<0.05。結論 益氣養陰活血法治療慢性心力衰竭療效可靠。

Study on the Treatment Effect on Chronic Heart Failure of Yiqiyangyinhuoxue

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods Group selection 86 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， 43 cases in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2016. The control group received routine treatment， the observation group in the control treatment of Chinese herbal decoction group based on the observation of the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups. Results To observe the curative effect of TCM syndrome was 90.70% higher than that of the control group （72.09%）， the observation group with heart failure was 93.02%， significantly higher than the control group （74.42%）， adverse reaction rate of the control group （25.58%） was significantly higher than the observation group （6.98%）， The difference between groups was statistically significant， P<0.05. Conclusion Bvqnyabc reliable curative effect for the treatment of chronic heart failure.

慢性心力衰竭是我國老年人常見的心臟功能異常性疾病，臨床多采用西藥治療慢性心力衰竭，雖然短期內療效可靠，但是長期用藥存在較多不良反應。近年來，中藥方劑及中成藥在慢性心力衰竭治療中應用較多，并發揮了顯著的抗心衰效果[1]。為此，該次研究整群選擇該院2014年1月—2016年8月期間收治的86例慢性心力衰竭患者作為受試者，基于慢性心力衰竭中醫證候特征，采用益氣養陰活血中藥湯劑治療，并具體分析了其臨床療效，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料
