陰道分泌物常規檢驗和婦科病變的相關性研究

[摘要] 目的 探討分析陰道分泌物常規檢查和婦科病變的相關性。 方法 該研究中主要方便選取該院2015年1月—2016年1月期間所收治的100例婦科患者進行了分析研究。當中陰道炎患者為40例，宮頸炎患者為15例，子宮黏膜下肌瘤患者20例，宮頸癌患者9例。通過回顧分析的方式對患者的資料和檢查情況進行了研究。 結果 在該研究分析中，陰道分泌物常規檢查結果呈現陽性的患者共有84例，占總體的84%。各種不同的婦科疾病患者所呈現出的陰道分泌物也有所不同。 結論 陰道分泌物與很多的婦科疾病之間都有著緊密的關系，在常規檢查中陰道分泌物將對臨床婦科疾病的診療產生重要的意義。

Study on the Correlation between Routine Examination of Vaginal Discharge and Gynecological Diseases

[Abstract] Objective To study the analysis of vaginal routine inspection and the correlation of lesions of department of gynaecology. Methods This study mainly in our hospital during January 2015 to January 2015 100 cases of gynecological patients treated by analysed and studied. Of 40 patients with of vaginitis， cervicitis patients for 15 patients， 20 patients with uterine submucous myoma， 5 patients with cervical cancer， fallopian tube cancer patients， 20 cases. To patients by means of retrospective analysis of data and check the situation were studied. Results In this study， vaginal routine inspection results of positive patients a total of 84 people， accounting for 84% of the total number. Presented by different kinds of disease of department of gynaecology vaginal discharge is also different.Conclusion Vaginal secretions and has a close relationship between a lot of disease of department of gynaecology， vaginal secretions in the routine examination for clinical diagnosis and treatment of department of gynaecology have important significance.

近年來隨著科學技術和醫療水平的不斷提升，各種臨床中的化驗方式得到了普及和應用。陰道分泌物也稱之為白帶，是女性在正常的情況下陰道所分泌出來的液體，通常為乳白色或者透明色。其分泌的量和顏色等與女性的孕激素和雌性激素之間有著密切的關系。在婦科臨床治療中，對患者的陰道分泌物進行收集和檢查，一方面能幫助醫生更加準確的了解到患者的疾病，另一方面也能及時的控制住病情，不使其進一步的惡化。該次研究中主要方便選取了該院在2015年1月—2016年1月期間所收治的100例婦科疾病患者進行了研究，進一步的對陰道分泌物常規檢查與婦科疾病之間的相關性進行了研究，現報道如下。……
