淺談CT引導下經皮肺穿刺活檢在肺部占位性病變診斷中的診斷價值

[摘要] 目的 研究CT引導下經皮肺穿刺活檢在肺部占位性病變診斷中的診斷價值。方法 方便選擇2015年1月—2016年1月醫院收治的CT引導下經皮肺穿刺活檢患者50例，對其臨床資料進行回顧性分析，記錄所有患者的一次性取材成功率、經皮肺穿刺活檢確診率，以及術后并發癥的發生機率。 結果 所有患者均一次性取材成功，成功率為100.00%；經皮肺穿刺活檢確診率為96.00%（48/50），其中包括37例惡性腫瘤（74.00%），11例良性腫瘤（22.00%），2例穿刺病理檢查顯示為炎性細胞浸潤，術后病理顯示為鱗癌（4.00%）。術后發生6例并發癥（12.00%）。 結論 CT引導下經皮肺穿刺活檢具有準確率高、操作方便、安全性高、損傷小等優點，在肺部占位性病變診斷中，具有較高的診斷價值。

The Diagnostic Value of CT Guided Percutaneous Lung Biopsy in the Diagnosis of Lung Space Occupying Lesions

[Abstract] Objective To study the diagnostic value of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in the diagnosis of lung space occupying lesions. Methods Convenient selection from January 2015 to January 2016 were admitted to our hospital from 50 cases of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in patients with the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were recorded the one-time success rate， percutaneous lung biopsy diagnosis rate， and postoperative complication probability. Results All patients were one-time success， the success rate is 100.00%； percutaneous lung biopsy， the diagnosis rate was 96.00% （48/50）， including 37 cases of malignant tumors（74%.00）， 11 cases of benign tumors （22.00%）， 2 cases of biopsy showed infiltration of inflammatory cells， postoperative pathology showed squamous cell carcinoma （4.00%）. Postoperative complications occurred in 6 cases（12.00%）. Conclusion CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy has the advantages of high accuracy， convenient operation， high safety， small injury， in the diagnosis of lung lesions， which has high diagnostic value.

肺部占位性病變是一種較為常見的臨床疾病，近年來發病率正不斷上升。肺癌是各種肺部腫瘤當中發病率和死亡率最高的疾病，如果能夠對其進行早期的診斷和治療，能夠有效降低肺癌的病死率。病理學診斷是肺癌診斷的金標準，在肺部占位性病變的診斷當中，CT引導下經皮肺穿刺活檢是一種常用的診斷方法，具有并發癥少、準確率高、方向易掌握、定位準確等優勢，能夠為肺部占位性病變診斷提供可信的組織學依據，因而具有較高的診斷價值。方便選擇2015年1月—2016年1月醫院收治的CT引導下經皮肺穿刺活檢患者50例進行了研究，現報道如下。
