人性化護理在泌尿外科護理中的應用分析

[摘要] 目的 分析人性化護理在泌尿外科中的臨床治療效果。方法 從該院泌尿外科2014年1月—2015年12月收治的患者中，方便選取泌尿外科疾病患者80例為研究對象，將其隨機分成對照組和觀察組，每組40例。對對照組患者采用常規護理方法，并在此基礎上對觀察組患者增加人性化護理措施，比較兩組患者的護理成效。 結果 通過比較，觀察組患者的臨床治療總有效率（85.0%）明顯優于對照組（62.5%），兩組比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）；觀察組的護理滿意度（87.5%）明顯高于對照組（62.5%），兩組比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）；觀察組的心理改善情況也明顯優于對照組，兩組比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 對泌尿外科疾病患者采用人性化化護理服務，有利于改善患者的生活質量，提升患者的護理滿意度，緩解患者的心理障礙，還可以有效的提高患者的臨床治療有效率，增強臨床治療效果，值得臨床推廣。

Analysis of the Application of Humanized Nursing in Department of Urology Nursing

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of humanized nursing in Department of urology. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital， 80 cases of patients in Department of urology were convenient selected as the research object， and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group， 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods， and on this basis， the observation group of patients with an increase of humane care measures， compared with the two groups of patients with nursing effectiveness. Results By comparison， observe the clinical treatment of patients with the total effective rate（85.0%） was significantly better than the control group （62.5%）， there was significant difference between two groups （P<0.05）； nursing satisfaction of the observation group （87.5%） was significantly higher than the control group （62.5%）， there was significant difference between two groups （P<0.05）； the observation group psychological improvement situation significantly better than the control group， there was significant difference between two groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion The use of humanized nursing service in Department of urology patients， to improve the quality of life of patients， improve nursing satisfaction of patients， alleviate the patient's mental disorder， also can improve the clinical treatment of patients with effective efficiency， enhance the clinical curative effect， worth clinical promotion.

泌尿外科是醫院的基礎科室之一，其常見的臨床癥狀包括尿頻、尿急、尿痛等，通常發生在患者的泌尿疾病過程中，屬于尿路刺激征的范疇。隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高，泌尿外科疾病發生率近年來呈不斷上升的趨勢，這主要是不健康的生活方式導致的[1]。優質護理服務是我國醫療改革的最新成果，其主要遵循“以人為本”的護理理念，對泌尿外科疾病患者治療具有重要意義。該文于2014年1月—2015年12月從該院泌尿外科方便選取了80例患者為研究對象，分析有護理服務的臨床效果，現報道如下。……
