臨床護理路徑在異位妊娠腹腔鏡手術健康教育中的應用

[摘要] 目的 探討異位妊娠腹腔鏡手術患者通過臨床護理路徑進行健康教育與護理的效果。 方法 整群選取該院2015年3月—2016年3月收治的148例異位妊娠患者，將其隨機分為實驗組與對照組，實驗組采用臨床護理路徑進行護理，對照組采用常規護理進行護理，對比兩組患者的護理效果、健康教育知識掌握情況。結果 實驗組護理滿意度100%，健康教育知識知曉率97.30%，并發癥發病率4.05%，對照組護理滿意度81.08%，健康教育知識知曉率74.32%，并發癥發病率13.51%，實驗組住院時間（6.78±0.73）d，住院費用（7 325.44±45.31）元，實驗組住院時間（9.42±1.08）d，住院費用（9 534.25±78.35）元，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。 結論 臨床護理路徑是更加個性化、針對性更強的護理措施，能夠在異位妊娠患者的臨床護理過程中進行積極的健康知識教育，幫助患者提高異位妊娠相關知識的了解情況，有效提高患者的臨床護理滿意度與健康知識知曉率，值得臨床推廣應用。

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Health Education of Laparoscopic Surgery for Ectopic Pregnancy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of health education and nursing care of patients with ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopic operation through clinical nursing pathway. Methods In our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were group selection 148 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group， experimental group using clinical nursing pathway， the control group with routine nursing care， the nursing effect of two groups were compared and the health education knowledge. Results The experimental group of nursing satisfaction rate of 100%， 97.30% of the awareness of health education knowledge， the incidence of complications was 4.05%， the control group of nursing satisfaction rate of 81.08%， 74.32% of the awareness of health education knowledge， the incidence of complications was 13.51%， hospitalization time of the experimental group（6.78±0.73） days， cost of hospitalization（7 325.44±45.31） yuan， hospitalization time of the experimental group （9.42±1.08） days， cost of hospitalization （9 534.25±78.35） yuan， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing path is more personalized and targeted nursing measures， can carry out active health education of clinical nursing in patients with ectopic pregnancy process， understand the situation and help patients to improve the knowledge of ectopic pregnancy， effectively improve the awareness of clinical nursing satisfaction and health knowledge of patients， it is worthy of clinical application.

臨床護理路徑是指，通過不同學科、不同身份的醫療工作人員進行密切的配合對患者進行綜合的、針對性強的護理措施，在臨床護理路徑當中，從患者入院開始以及在院期間，都會利用講解、指導等方式使患者能夠了解自己的病情，提高患者對自身疾病認識的科學性，減少不良疾病認知對患者臨床治療與護理產生影響，患者通過臨床護理路徑，對疾病治療與護理的認可度更高，改善患者對護理的滿意度與依從度，是改善護患關系，提高患者治療效果的關鍵方法[1]。……
