二甲雙胍聯(lián)合利拉魯肽治療2型糖尿病臨床研究

[摘要] 目的 探究二甲雙胍聯(lián)合利拉魯肽治療2型糖尿病臨床效果，旨在提升臨床治療效果。方法 便利選取該院2014年5月—2016年2月收治的120例2型糖尿病患者作為研究對象，采取隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組（60例）與研究組（60例），對照組所有患者采取單藥二甲雙胍治療，研究組患者則采取二甲雙胍聯(lián)合利拉魯肽治療，對比兩組治療后臨床療效及不良反應(yīng)情況、治療前后BMI指數(shù)變化及治療滿意度。結(jié)果 研究組總有效率高達98.33%，顯著高于對照組86.67，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；研究組藥物不良反應(yīng)為3.33%，與對照組相當1.67%，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。治療后研究組患者BMI指數(shù)明顯降低，對照組無變化；研究組治療總滿意率 高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 二甲雙胍聯(lián)合利拉魯肽治療2型糖尿病療效良好，患者恢復(fù)好，體重減輕，不良反應(yīng)少，安全性高，滿意度高，可推廣應(yīng)用。

Metformin in Combination with the Lalu Peptides in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Clinical Research

[Abstract] Objective Explore metformin combined the lalu peptides in the treatment of type 2 diabetes clinical effect， designed to improve the clinical therapeutic effect.Methods Convenient selection from May 2014 to February 2016 were 120 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes as the research object， take a random number table method all patients were divided into control group （60 cases） and group （60 cases） and control group all patients treated with single drug metformin， the team are taking metformin in patients with combined lalu peptide treatment， compared two groups of clinical curative effect and adverse reactions after treatment， BMI change before and after treatment and treatment satisfaction.Results Group total effective rate is as high as 98.33%， significantly higher than control group in 86.67， the difference is statistically significant（P<0.05）； Team of adverse drug reactions was 3.33%， and the control group is 1.67%， there was no statistically significant difference（P>0.05）. After treatment group patients were significantly lower BMI， the control group no change； The team the overall satisfaction rate is higher than the control group， the difference is statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Metformin in combination with the lalu peptide treatment curative effect is good， the type 2 diabetes patients restore good， weight loss， less adverse reaction， high safety， satisfaction is high， can be applied.

我國老齡化嚴重加劇，相應(yīng)2型糖尿病發(fā)病率顯著上升，成為較為嚴重的老年人群疾病問題[1]。目前臨床治療2型糖尿病主要以藥物治療為主，且降糖藥物較多，臨床并無統(tǒng)一治療標準，二甲雙胍、利拉魯肽等藥物均具有較好的療效，引起臨床高度重視[2]。筆者便利選取該院2014年5月—2016年2月收治的120例2型糖尿病患者進行二甲雙胍聯(lián)合利拉魯肽治療效果研究，現(xiàn)報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料
