綜合康復治療在橈神經損傷中的應用研究

摘要：目的 探討綜合康復治療在橈神經損傷中的價值。方法 收集2013年2月～2014年12月我院橈神經損傷的患者，隨機分為：50例研究組和50例對照組，兩組常規康復治療均相同，研究組加用綜合康復治療。結果 研究組和對照組治療前運動功能和感覺功能評分、腕關節背伸角度、神經運動傳導速度結果比較無差異（P>0.05）；研究組和對照組治療后運動功能和感覺功能評分、腕關節背伸角度、神經運動傳導速度結果比較有差異（P<0.05）。結論 本次研究認為良好的康復治療能夠促進橈神經損傷患者手部功能的恢復。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the value of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in the radial nerve injury.Methods Patients with radial nerve injury in our hospital from February 2013 to December～2014 were randomly divided into 50 cases of study group and 50 cases of control group，two groups were treated with routine rehabilitation treatment，the study group were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.Results In the study group and the control group，there were no differences in motor function and sensory function score，wrist joint dorsal flexion angle，and nerve motor conduction velocity（P>0.05），and compared with the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion This study suggests that good rehabilitation therapy can promote the recovery of hand function in patients with radial nerve injury.

橈神經損傷多繼發于外傷性創傷，橈神經損傷后常在支配區出現運動和感覺功能障礙，可出現伸肘、伸腕、伸近端指關節、伸拇指及外展拇指功能障礙，有學者指出通過有效的綜合康復治療可以改善橈神經損傷后患者感覺、運動功能[1]。本文探討了綜合康復治療橈神經損傷的臨床價值，現報告如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1一般資料 收集2013年2月～2014年12月我院橈神經損傷的患者，受損類型為孟式骨折、尺橈骨骨折、車禍傷等。隨機分為：50例研究組和50例對照組，兩組常規康復治療均相同，如采用溫熱治療、作業治療、支具訓練。研究組加用綜合康復治療。研究組平均年齡（40.5±8.4）歲，男性36例，女性14例；對照組平均年齡（41.2±9.8）歲，男性35例，女性15例；兩組人員性別，年齡，受損類型無差異。

1.2常規康復治療方法 石膏固定于腕背伸功能位，掌指關節伸直，逐步進行被動伸指，主動屈曲等治療。

1.3綜合康復治療 ①行肌電生物反饋治療，調節寬脈寬刺激，首先用酒精行皮膚脫脂，貼上電極貼，掌心朝下，手臂自然擺放，治療強度達到肌肉產生節律性收縮運動，同時鼓勵患者主動運動，治療時間維持在15 min/次，治療2次/d，總療程為3個月。②首……
