摘要:加熱爐是鋼鐵工業的重要能耗設備,該文結合加熱爐的熱工理論構建了一套包含加熱爐能耗、生產、狀態和環境四個方面指標體系,并基于層次分析法(AHP)研究了加熱爐能效評估模型,該模型包含無量綱化、指標賦權、加權計算和鉆取分析這四個過程。基于指標體系和評估模型的研究,開發實現了加熱爐能效綜合評估系統,該系統應用于上海某鋼鐵工業爐工程技術有限公司,對該公司步進式加熱爐進行能效評估,通過向下鉆取找到了造成能效低下的指標,為提高加熱爐能效提供了依據。

Research and Implementation of Energy Efficiency Evaluation System for Reheating Furnace in Iron and Steel Industry

Abstract:Heating furnace is an important energy consumption equipment. This paper constructed a set of index system that includes energy consumption, production, state and environment combined with thermal theory. At the same time, based on AHP, this paper studied an evaluation model that includes dimensionless, indicator empowerment and weighted calculation. Based on the above researches, a comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation system of the heating furnace was realized and applied to an Iron and Steel Industry Furnace Engineering Technology Co in ShangHai. An evaluation of the Stepping heating furnace was conducted .The index that lead to low energy efficiency was founded and provided to improve heating furnace's energy efficiency as a basis.

1 背景
能效評估技術從上世紀70年代始源于美國,在我國也得到了長足發展,已經廣泛應用于鋼鐵、建筑、電力等各個行業。加熱爐是鋼鐵工業軋鋼工序的重點能耗設備,其能耗占整個軋鋼工序的60%-70%,加熱爐的能源消耗和設備狀態都會影響其生產效率,同時其排放的二氧化硫等污染物對環境污染嚴重[1]。盡管很多鋼鐵企業已經加強對加熱爐的管理,但仍然缺乏一套信息化系統來綜合評估加熱爐生產中的能效水平。因此,需要研究并實現一套能從多角度綜合評估加熱爐能效水平的系統。
2 系統關鍵技術研究
2.1 加熱爐能效評估指標體系
構建加熱爐能效指標體系需要根據評價目的反映有關加熱爐的各方面狀況,本文結合爐子熱工理論,從能耗、設備狀態、生產和排放四個方面研究影響加熱爐能效的關鍵因素[2],構建如圖1所示的能效指標體系結構,該體系為層次化結構,分為三個層次,頂層為目標層:加熱爐綜合能效指標;……
