妊娠期運動對妊娠期糖尿病的影響

[摘要] 目的 探討妊娠期運動療法對妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠結局及母兒并發癥的影響。 方法 整群選取該研究于2015年1月—2016年1月將在福州市第二醫院接受診斷與治療的86例妊娠期糖尿病孕婦，按照隨機數字表法分為研究組和對照組，每組43例，其中對照組實施常規護理，而研究組則在常規護理的基礎上實施運動療法，比較兩組孕婦的妊娠結局及母兒并發癥發生情況。結果 研究組剖宮產率（23.26%）明顯低于對照組（44.18%），且差異有統計學意義（χ2=4.92，P<0.05）。研究組母兒并發癥發生率（13.95%）明顯低于對照組（32.56%），且差異有統計學意義（χ2=3.96，P<0.05）。 結論 理指導妊娠期糖尿病孕婦進行運動可改善孕期代謝，對妊娠期糖尿病有重要的預防作用，可降低剖宮產率，在一定程度上減少了母嬰并發癥的發生，具有積極臨床意義。

Effect of Exercises during Pregnancy on the Diabetes during Pregnancy

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of exercise therapy during pregnancy on the pregnant outcome and maternal and infant complications of patients with diabetes during pregnancy. Methods 86 cases of patients with diabetes during pregnancy admitted and treated in Fuzhou Seconcl Hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as a group and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine nursing， while the research group adopted exercise therapy on the basis of the control group， and the pregnant outcome and occurrence of maternal and infant complications were compared between the two groups. Results The cesarean delivery rate and incidence rate of maternal and infant complications in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group， （23.26%， 13.95% vs 44.18%， 32.56%）， and the differences between groups had statistical significance（χ2=4.92， P<0.05，χ2=3.96， P<0.05）. Conclusion The rational guidance for delivery women with diabetes during pregnancy for exercises can improve the supersession during pregnancy， which has an important prevention effect on the diabetes during pregnancy， reduces the cesarean delivery rate and decreases the occurrence of maternal and infant complications to a certain degree， and it is of positive clinical significance.

妊娠期糖尿?。╣estational diabetes mellitus，GDM）系指在孕期首次發生或發現的任何程度的糖耐量異常，近年有明顯增高趨勢。對該病若診斷、治療不及時，可嚴重影響母兒健康[1-2]。因此，早期診斷及有效治療對維護母兒健康十分重要。該研究于2015年1月—2016年1月將在該院接受診斷與治療的86例妊娠期糖尿病孕婦，按照數字表法隨機分為研究組和對照組，每組43例，其中對照組實施常規護理，而研究組則在常規護理的基礎上實施運動療法，比較兩組孕婦的妊娠結局及母兒并發癥發生情況，現報道如下。
