行為科學(xué)理論及其對網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)行為分析的啟示

摘 要 隨著在線學(xué)習(xí)的興起，網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)分析的相關(guān)研究逐漸成為人們關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)話題，而網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)行為是網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)分析的主體。以行為科學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo)，深入分析行為科學(xué)理論的內(nèi)涵及其對網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)的啟示，構(gòu)建多層次、多維度的網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)行為觀察表，為網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)行為分析提供方法指引。

Abstract With the rise of online learning， the relevant research of on-

line learning analysis has gradually become a hot topic of concern. Online learning behavior is the main body of online learning analy-sis. Based on the theory of behavioral science， this study deeply ana-

lyzes the connotation of behavioral science theory and its enlighten-ment to online learning and constructs the observation table of online

learning behavior， in order to provide methodological guidelines for the analysis of online learning behavior.

1 問題的提出

隨著計算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的飛速發(fā)展，網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)已逐漸滲透在社會、校園中，成為一種相對穩(wěn)定的學(xué)習(xí)方式。面對學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境、學(xué)習(xí)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變，學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)行為也發(fā)生巨大的變化，因此，分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的學(xué)習(xí)行為已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今重要的課題。分析的基礎(chǔ)是觀察學(xué)習(xí)行為，而分析的重點(diǎn)在于觀察之后對學(xué)習(xí)行為進(jìn)行特征描述和規(guī)律總結(jié)，并加以利用，從而進(jìn)行教育預(yù)測和教育反思，進(jìn)而優(yōu)化學(xué)習(xí)過程和學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，以促進(jìn)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的有效提升。

行為科學(xué)理論（Behavioral Science Theory，簡稱BST）是學(xué)習(xí)行為分析的重要依據(jù)，重點(diǎn)研究人的行為及其產(chǎn)生的原因。那么，行為科學(xué)理論對學(xué)習(xí)行為的分析有何啟示呢？它對于學(xué)習(xí)行為數(shù)據(jù)的收集能否提供有效的指導(dǎo)呢？本研究將圍繞此問題進(jìn)行深入分析，以期為網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)行為的分析研究提供方法指引。

2 行為科學(xué)理論

行為科學(xué)理論概述 1949年，美國芝加哥討論會上第一次提出行為科學(xué)的概念，融合了多種學(xué)科知識。行為科學(xué)理論對人際關(guān)系的處理、行為規(guī)律的掌握及影響、行為主動性及積極性的促進(jìn)等進(jìn)行研究[1]。……
