[摘要] 小檗堿是異喹啉生物堿,最初作為廣譜抗菌藥應用于臨床治療假膜性腸炎、慢性胃炎、消化性潰瘍、肺炎等疾病,近年來隨著對小檗堿藥理作用的深入研究,其抗炎機制逐漸成為研究的熱點。本文就近年來國內外小檗堿的臨床抗炎機制及研究現狀作一簡要綜述,為小檗堿抗炎機制提供理論依據。

[Abstract] Berberine is an isoquinoline alkaloid. It was used as a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent in the clinical treatment of pseudomembranous enteritis, chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and pneumonia. In recent years, with the pharmacological effects of berberine research, its anti-inflammatory mechanism has gradually become a hot research. In this paper, the clinical anti-inflammatory mechanism and research status of berberine in recent years were briefly reviewed, which provided the theoretical basis for the anti-inflammatory mechanism of berberine.

小檗堿又稱黃連素,是一種季銨生物堿,它存在于小檗科等四個科十個屬的許多植物中,在黃連、黃柏等植物中含量較高[1]。研究發現,小檗堿具有降糖、調脂、抗心力衰竭、抗腫瘤等藥理作用。其抗炎作用已通過大量實驗得到證實[2-3],但其機制尚未明確,本文就小檗堿抗炎研究進行簡要綜述。
1 小檗堿抗炎功效在2型糖尿病中的治療作用
1.1 炎癥對2型糖尿病發生發展的影響
2型糖尿病又稱非胰島素依賴型糖尿病,是在遺傳和環境因素共同作用下,以胰島β細胞缺陷和胰島素抵抗為發病機制的一種代謝性疾病。近年研究發現2型糖尿病患者體內炎性因子表達活躍并參與胰島素抵抗發展,提示2型糖尿病是一種炎癥性疾病[4-5]。炎性途徑的激活不僅與糖尿病發展有關,似乎在其晚期并發癥中也發揮重要作用[6]。
1.2 小檗堿治療2型糖尿病的抗炎分子機制
2型糖尿病的發生發展與炎性因子的關系復雜,有研究表明,這可能與2型糖尿病中炎性因子的表達增加,干擾其細胞炎癥信號通路有關。……
