知柏地黃丸聯合大補陰丸治療中樞性性早熟的效果研究

【摘要】 目的：研究知柏地黃丸聯合大補陰丸治療中樞性性早熟的治療效果。方法：隨機抽取筆者所在醫院2010年1月-2016年12月收治的80例中樞性性早熟患者作為試驗對象，根據雙盲法將80例患兒分成兩組，其中40例應用曲普瑞林治療，為對照組，另外40例在對照組治療基礎上應用知柏地黃丸聯合大補陰丸治療，為觀察組，對比兩組中樞性性早熟患兒的治療效果。結果：觀察組總有效率95.0%，對照組總有效率72.5%，觀察組總有效率高于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）；治療后觀察組患兒身高、身高增速、預測終身高差、類胰島素樣生長因子-1明顯高于對照組，觀察組黃體生成素、雌二醇明顯低于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：中樞性性早熟患兒應用知柏地黃丸聯合大補陰丸治療效果理想，能抑制患兒性激素的異常分泌，有效抑制患兒的發育時間，避免性早熟對患兒造成的不良影響（影響身高等內容），值得推廣應用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of Zhibai Dihuang Pill combined with Dabuyin Pill on central precocious puberty.Method：80 patients with central precocious puberty were randomly divided into two groups according to the double-blind method.Among them，40 cases were treated with Triptorelin，as the control group；on the basis of the control group，the other 40 cases treated with Zhibai Dihuang Pill combined Dabuyin Pill，as the observation group.Compared the two groups of children with precocious puberty in the treatment of children.Result：The total effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group and 72.5% in the control group.The total effective rate of the two groups was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.The indexed such as height levels and insulin-like growth factor-1 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group；the levels of luteinizing hormone and estradiol were significantly lower of the observation group than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of children with precocious puberty using Dabuhuang Pill combined with Dabuyin Pill is effective，can inhibit the abnormal secretion of cardiac hormone in children，effectively inhibit the developmental time of children，avoid precocious puberty caused by the adverse effects（affect the height and other content），it is worth promotion and application.

中樞性性早熟（CPP）是患兒臨床常見異常生長發育性性疾病，發病時期和患兒正常青春期生殖系統發育十分近似[1]，屬于內分泌性疾病的一種，其中男性患兒臨床表現出提前有第二性征出現，女性患兒臨床表現出10歲前月經初潮[2]。中樞性性早熟如果未能及時治療還會引起兒童骨骼提前愈合，引起發育障礙、身材矮小等情況[3]，病情進展嚴重時，患兒的身心健康也會受到嚴重的影響[4]。本次研究中，隨機抽取筆者所在醫院2010年1月-2016年12月收治的80例中樞性性早熟患兒作為試驗對象，其中觀察組患兒加用知柏地黃丸聯合大補陰丸治療效果更為理想，現報道如下。endprint

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

隨機抽取筆者所在醫院2010年1月-2016年12月收治的80例中樞性性早熟患兒作為試驗對象，其中男患兒在9歲前出現第二性征，女患兒在8歲前出現第二性征，各項檢測數值顯示均達青春期水平，且男患兒睪丸容積大于4 ml，女患兒卵巢容積大于1 ml，檢測骨齡大于自然年齡1年。……
