丹參酮膠囊聯合紫外負離子噴霧治療痤瘡效果觀察

【摘要】 目的：探討采用丹參酮膠囊聯合紫外負離子噴霧治療痤瘡的臨床效果。方法：所選研究對象為2015年11月-2016年11月筆者所在醫院收治的痤瘡患者，共納入病例數為90例。將90例患者隨機分為A組（丹參酮膠囊+紫外負離子噴霧，n=30）、B組（單純丹參酮膠囊，n=30）、C組（單純紫外負離子噴霧，n=30）。對比三組治療效果。結果：A組、B組、C組患者治療總有效率分別為96.7%、73.0%、66.7%，A組明顯高于B組、C組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）；A組和C組治療期間均未出現不良反應，B組出現2例輕度癢感，1例紅斑，停藥后癥狀自行消退，三組不良反應發生率差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。結論：在痤瘡患者的臨床治療過程中，采用丹參酮膠囊與紫外負離子噴霧聯合治療，能獲得較單純丹參酮膠囊或單純紫外負離子噴霧治療更為理想的效果，且安全可靠，值得進行深入探究和推廣。

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Tanshinone Capsule Combined with Ultraviolet Negative Ion Spray on Acne Treatment/SU Ti-quan.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（29）：14-15

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Tanshinone Capsule combined with UV negative ion spray therapy on acne.Method：A total of 90 patients with acne were enrolled in this study.The patients were treated from November 2015 to November 2016 and divided into 3 groups，group A（Tanshinone Capsules+pure ultraviolet negative ion spray，n=30），group B（Tanshinone Capsules，n=30），group C（pure ultraviolet negative ion spray，n=30）.Comparison of three groups of treatment.Result：The total effective rates of group A，group B and group C were 96.7%，73.0% and 66.7%，respectively.There was significant difference between group A and group B，group C（P<0.05）.Three was no adverse reaction in group A and group C，2 cases of mild itching，1 case of erythema in group B，there was no significant difference among three groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion：In the course of clinical treatment of acne patients，the combination of Tanshinone Capsules and ultraviolet negative ion spray can obtain more ideal effect than pure tanshinone capsules or pure ultraviolet negative ion spray therapy，and it is safe and reliable，and it is worthy of further study and popularization.

作為臨床上一種常見皮脂腺疾病，痤瘡患病率較高。根據相關調查研究現實，青春期男女中，有90%以上的人群伴有不同程度痤瘡癥狀[1]。痤瘡發病因素較為復雜，考慮與炎癥、睪酮水平提升、痤瘡丙酸桿菌生長、毛囊皮脂腺導管角化過度等因素有關[2]。當前，臨床上尚未尋找到有效的藥物同時對上述因素進行治療，故多采用聯合的方法進行治療，一般是聯合應用一種抗生素和一種減少毛囊角栓的藥物[3]。近年來，隨著醫學技術的快速發展，紫外負離子噴霧在痤瘡治療中應用越來越廣泛，能有效殺滅痤瘡表面細菌，且能清除堵塞于毛囊口的角質物。而且，紫外負離子噴霧能單獨使用，也能與其他藥物聯合使用[4]。本研究為深入探討丹參酮膠囊聯合紫外負離子噴霧治療的效果，回顧性分析了90例痤瘡患者的臨床資料，現報道如下?！?br>
