試析集束化管理在手術室護士針刺傷防護中的應用

【摘要】 目的：試析集束化管理在手術室護士針刺傷（needle stick injury，NSI））防護中的應用。方法：回顧分析筆者所在醫院2015年1月-2016年12月64名手術室護理人員的NSI發生狀況，于2016年1-12月對所有人員實施集束化管理，經過隨訪調查研究后，對護理人員的NSI發生情況進行比較分析。結果：在未實施集束化管理前，手術室護理人員的NSI發生人數為53名，經過集束化管理后，手術室護理人員的NSI發生人數為20名，兩者比較，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：在手術室護士針刺傷防護中應用集束化管理可有效降低針刺傷的發生，適合推廣。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the application of cluster management in the protection of needle stick injury（NSI） in operating room nurses.Method：From January 2015 to December 2016，the NSI occurred were retrospective analyzed for 64 nurses in our hospital operation room，from January 2016 to December 2016，the cluster management of all personnel，through investigation and research of follow-up to nurses of NSI were compared.Result：In before the implementation of the cluster management，the number of NSI occur in operation room nursing staffs was 53 cases，after the cluster management，the number of NSI occur in operation room nurses was 20 cases，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of cluster management can effectively reduce the occurrence of needle stick injury in the needle wound protection of nurses in operating theatre.

針刺傷（needle stick injury，NSI）是一種臨床常見的意外傷害，是指醫療儀器設備（穿刺針、注射針頭、手術刀等）在意外情況下導致受傷者意外傷害。NSI屬于高危險性職業危害，相關數據研究表明，在1年內大約有90%的相關醫護人員會發生不同程度的NSI，平均每年每人被針刺傷的次數約有三次[1]。手術室作為NSI的高發區，如何采取積極的措施將NSI發生率盡可能降低，以保證護理人員的人身安全已成為當下臨床關注的熱點。集束化管理是一種基于臨床實踐證實基礎上而通過多種措施進行管理以提高整體管理效果的臨床方案。本文研究中，筆者所在醫院將64名手術室護理人員作為觀察對象，通過分析探討其NSI發生狀況并對其實施集束化管理，現將其結果作以下報告。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選取筆者所在醫院2015年1月-2016年12月64名手術室護理人員。在64名手術室護理人員中，年齡25～54歲，平均（33.46±2.45）歲；其中，中專文化程度護理人員有2名，大專15名，本科47名（包括全日制、自考和成人高考），以上護理人員均為護士?！?br>
