設計意圖:本單元的閱讀部分是從地理、歷史和文化等方面介紹英國的成立和發展。首先,激勵學生根據老師所提的幾個問題預測本節閱讀課將會談論到什么?然后讓學生快速閱讀全文,找出每個自然段的中心句,最后讓學生細讀文章,完成一些指定的閱讀任務,并且還與同伴一起討論該用什么樣的方式解決祖國的統一問題。為了鞏固所了解的知識,課后寫一篇關于英國的文章。以培養學生的預測、歸納、推理、總結的能力,從而為提高學生的閱讀能力打下堅實的基礎。

Teaching aims:

1. Improve the students reading ability.

2. Let the students know the United Kingdom.

Teaching important and difficult points:

1. How to help the students know the United Kingdom better.

2. How to encourage them to finish the given task by themselves.

3. Let them know some skills of reading.

教學反思

本節課是一節閱讀課,通過一些小測試任務,讓學生從地理、歷史、文化、政治幾個方面去了解英國的形成、發展以及它的人文景觀和風土人情,讓學生對英國有一個比較全面的了解。

根據自己對教材的分析,圍繞文章的主題,設計導入、快速閱讀、精讀、總結和討論幾個環節。通過自主完成和與同伴討論的方式讓學生由淺入深地去了解文章的內容,提高學生的查找信息的能力,從而提高學生的閱讀水平,掌握一定的閱讀技巧,旨在培養學生的推測、判斷、歸納、推理和總結的能力。但是,由于我校是四類高中,學生的基礎知識十分薄弱,因此所設計的任務大部分都是學生在文章中能找到的,只有極少數需要他們去整理語言。大部分學生完成較好,參與度高,課堂氣氛活躍。可是,有一部分同學仍然不能完成老師所指定的任務。原因是他們的詞匯量太少,無法翻譯一些長句。在以后的教育教學中,要注重擴大學生們的詞匯量,提高學生的翻譯能力,從而更好地提高學生的閱讀能力。endprint
