基于臨床數據中心的醫院信息集成平臺建設

摘 ? 要：隨著計算機技術的快速發展，醫院各信息系統的建設也進展迅速。基于此提出一種基于數據中心、異構系統環境下的醫療信息系統數據整合交換方法，實現各系統間的緊耦合變為松耦合的互聯關系。首先探討醫院信息系統進行集成的背景，然后提出了醫院建設信息集成平臺的建設需求與總體架構，最后從臨床需求出發，介紹了建設信息集成平臺的效果。提出的醫院信息集成平臺建設方案，為醫院的信息化建設提供發展思路。

Abstract：With the rapid development of computer technology， the construction of hospital information systems has also progressed rapidly. Based on this， a data integration and exchange method based on data center and heterogeneous system environment is proposed to realize the tight coupling between systems and become loosely coupled. Firstly， it discusses the background of hospital information system integration， then puts forward the construction requirements and overall structure of hospital construction information integration platform. Finally， it starts from the clinical requirements and introduces the effect of building information integration platform. The proposed hospital information integration platform construction plan provides development ideas for the hospital's information construction.

國內醫院信息化系統經過近幾十年的發展，逐步建立了醫院信息系統（HIS）、實驗室管理系統（LIS）、圖像歸檔及通訊系統（PACS）和電子病歷系統（EMR）等幾十個系統。這些系統多來自不同廠商，各業務系統及數據庫相對獨立，只用于滿足單一的業務應用需求。同時，由于各業務系統之間互聯的困難，無法實現各系統之間的信息共享與完全數據交換，造成醫院內部以及醫院之間形成信息孤島，大量的信息資源被閑置或浪費，無法滿足醫院的需求。為此，不能單純依靠單一的供應商提供全線的產品，只能通過集成的方式解決[1]。

1 醫院信息集成平臺建設背景

醫院信息化傳統的模式是根據業務科室的需求和醫院管理的需求來建設信息化系統，這些系統能夠輔助提高業務科室的工作開展效率，并促進醫療服務質量和醫院管理水平的提升。……
