摘 要:目的 對虛擬現實技術在骨科臨床帶教中的作用進行評估,探討其應用前景及可能存在的問題。方法 2016年4月~2018年4月隨機抽查第二軍醫大學本科實習生共70人,隨機分為試驗組和對照組,每組35人。對照組使用常規的教學方法,試驗組在此基礎上進行觀看VR手術視頻的輔助教學。對比兩組學員的經管患者數、出科考理論成績及對教學滿意度進行對比。結果 試驗組平均經管患者數為(3.12±0.21)例,對照組為(3.24±0.13)例,兩組比較差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。試驗組出科考理論成績為(78.14±11.62)分,高于對照組的(62.28±10.67)分,差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05);試驗組平均教學滿意度評分為(98.78±2.71)分,對照組為(97.88±3.51)分,兩組比較差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。結論 VR虛擬現實技術結合傳統教學較單純傳統教學方法效果更佳,有良好的應用前景。但有部分學員對VR設備感到不適,需工程人員進一步改進以提高教學體驗。

Application of Visual Reality Technology in the Clinical Teaching of Orthopedics Interns

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the role of virtual reality technology in clinical teaching of orthopedics, and to explore its application prospects and possible problems.Methods From April 2016 to April 2018, a total of 70 undergraduate interns from the Second Military Medical University were randomly selected.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 35 person in each group.The control group used a conventional teaching method, and the experimental group conducted an auxiliary teaching of watching VR surgery video on this basis. Compare the basic situation of the students, the number of patients under management, the theoretical results of the examinations and the satisfaction of teaching.Results The average number of patients in the experimental group was (3.12±0.21), and the control group was (3.24±0.13),there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The theoretical scores of the experimental group were (78.14±11.62), which was higher than that of the control group (62.28±10.67),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The average teaching satisfaction score of the experimental group was (98.78±2.71), the control group was (97.88±3.51),the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion VR virtual reality technology combined with traditional teaching is better than traditional teaching methods and has a good application prospect. However, some students feel uncomfortable with VR equipment and need further improvement by engineers to improve the teaching experience.

傳統的骨科臨床手術示教多依賴手術錄像,這種平面圖象的信息量有限,效率不高,需要我們不斷改進教學手段[1]。虛擬現實技術(visual reality,VR)是仿真技術的一個重要門類,集合了仿真技術、計算機圖形學、人機接口技術、多媒體技術、傳感技術及網絡技術等多種技術,是一門富有挑戰性的交叉技術前沿學科和研究領域[2,3]。它能為用戶提供一種完全沉浸式、全景三維的影像顯示[4-6]。目前尚沒有VR技術在骨科臨床帶教方面應用的報道。本研究中我們擬將VR顯示技術應用于骨科的臨床教學中,探索該方法的教學效果。……p>
