基于研究技能培養(yǎng)的碩士研究生課程教學(xué)探索

摘? 要：研究生研究技能的培養(yǎng)包含研究生課程與導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)兩個(gè)平等的環(huán)節(jié)。在當(dāng)前我國研究生學(xué)歷教育進(jìn)入規(guī)模化培養(yǎng)的背景下，研究生課程的質(zhì)量在保障研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量方面具有不可或缺的地位和作用。對研究生課程教學(xué)的六個(gè)方面展開改革嘗試，以研討與案例相結(jié)合的理論教學(xué)、教師共同參與共同成長的教學(xué)過程、融合理論自學(xué)提問式的預(yù)習(xí)環(huán)節(jié)、以改進(jìn)為目的案例互動教學(xué)、以課題探索為方式的實(shí)踐教學(xué)、與具體設(shè)計(jì)相結(jié)合的實(shí)踐后期自主探索。從而彌補(bǔ)研究能力培養(yǎng)時(shí)間有限、導(dǎo)師素質(zhì)參差不齊等問題，對于提升研究生研究能力的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的指導(dǎo)意義。

Abstract： The cultivation of postgraduate research skills includes two equal links： postgraduate courses and tutor's guidance. At present， under the background where postgraduate education has entered large-scale cultivation， the quality of postgraduate courses plays an indispensable role in ensuring the quality of postgraduate education. The six aspects of graduate courses teaching reform attempts includes the combination of theory teaching with discussion and case， teachers' participation of teaching process， the fusion theory of self-study questions type of preparation link， interactive teaching for the purpose of improving case， the practice teaching to the subject of exploring， specific design practice in the late of self-exploration. Therefore， it can make up for the problems such as limited training time for research ability and uneven quality of tutors， which have practical guiding significance for improving the training quality of postgraduate research ability.

引言

在我國碩士研究生培養(yǎng)過程中研究生課程的學(xué)習(xí)是不可忽視的重要組成部分。世界范圍內(nèi)，研究生培養(yǎng)模式主要有兩種，一種是早期基于學(xué)術(shù)精英培養(yǎng)的“大師指導(dǎo)模式”，以德國為范本;另一種是基于工業(yè)化產(chǎn)業(yè)模式的“導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)與課程培養(yǎng)并重模式”，以美國為范本[1]。在上世紀(jì)國內(nèi)大學(xué)建立初期，隨庚子賠款資助的學(xué)子陸續(xù)學(xué)成歸國執(zhí)教的影響，我國的研究生培養(yǎng)模式主要沿襲美國模式，重視研究生課程在研究生培養(yǎng)過程中的地位和作用。2014年12月5日教育部發(fā)布《教育部關(guān)于改進(jìn)和加強(qiáng)研究生課程建設(shè)的意見》（后文簡稱：《意見》），其中強(qiáng)調(diào)：“高度重視課程學(xué)習(xí)在研究生培養(yǎng)中的重要作用。……
