淺析優質護理服務在高危妊娠孕婦產前護理中的應用效果

【摘要】目的：探討優質護理服務在高危妊娠孕婦產前護理中的應用效果。方法：對忻州市第二人民醫院婦產科收治的90例高危妊娠孕婦的臨床資料進行回顧性研究。將這90例孕婦隨機分為A組和B組，每組各有45例孕婦。對A組孕婦進行常規產前護理，對B組孕婦進行優質產前護理。然后，比較兩組孕婦HAMA和HAMD的評價結果及其對護理的滿意度。結果：經過護理，B組孕婦HAMA和HAMD的評價結果均明顯優于A組孕婦，差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）。B組孕婦對護理的滿意率明顯高于A組孕婦，差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：優質護理服務在高危妊娠孕婦產前護理中的應用效果顯著，可有效地改善產婦的負性情緒，提高其生活質量和對護理服務的滿意度。

Abstract：Objective： to discuss the application of quality care services in prenatal care in high-risk pregnancies. Methods： the clinical data of 90 pregnant women in the hospital of the second people's hospital in xinzhou were retrospectively studied. The women were randomly divided into group A and group B， each with 45 pregnant women. A group of pregnant women were given regular prenatal care and high quality prenatal care for group B. Then， comparing the evaluation results of two groups of pregnant women， HAMA and HAMD， and their satisfaction with care. Results： the evaluation results of group B pregnant women HAMA and HAMD were significantly better than those in group A， and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. The satisfaction rate of pregnant women in group B was significantly higher than that of group A， and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： high quality nursing service in the application of high-risk pregnancy pregnant women prenatal care effect significantly， can effectively improve maternal negative emotions， improve the quality of life and satisfaction to nursing service.

高危妊娠可直接影響孕婦的母嬰生命安全。孕婦在妊娠過程中出現的多種致病因素或病理因素，均可導致其出現高危妊娠的情況[1]。為了進一步提高對高危妊娠孕婦進行產前護理的效果，筆者對忻州市第二人民醫院婦產科收治的90例高危妊娠的孕婦分別進行常規產前護理和優質產前護理，其中接受優質產前護理的45例孕婦取得了很好的效果。

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料

本次研究的對象為2015年1月至2015年12月期間忻州市第二人民醫院婦產科收治的90例高危妊娠孕婦。將這90例孕婦隨機分為A組和B組，每組各有45例孕婦。A組孕婦的年齡在24歲～42歲之間，平均年齡為（33.6±1.5）歲。……
