質(zhì)量控制小組管理法在手術(shù)室護(hù)理管理中的應(yīng)用效果

【摘要】目的：探討質(zhì)量控制小組管理法在手術(shù)室護(hù)理管理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取在重慶市第九人民醫(yī)院手術(shù)室工作的24名護(hù)理人員作為研究對(duì)象。將這些護(hù)理人員平均分為觀察組和對(duì)照組，每組各有12名護(hù)理人員。對(duì)對(duì)照組護(hù)理人員進(jìn)行常規(guī)管理，用質(zhì)量控制小組管理法對(duì)觀察組護(hù)理人員進(jìn)行管理。然后比較兩組護(hù)理人員的護(hù)理質(zhì)量評(píng)分及其發(fā)生護(hù)理差錯(cuò)的數(shù)量。結(jié)果：接受管理后，觀察組護(hù)理人員的護(hù)理質(zhì)量評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組護(hù)理人員，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組護(hù)理人員發(fā)生護(hù)理差錯(cuò)的總數(shù)量少于對(duì)照組護(hù)理人員，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：將質(zhì)量控制小組管理法應(yīng)用在手術(shù)室護(hù)理管理中的效果較為理想，可有效地提高手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作的質(zhì)量。

Abstract：Objective： to explore the effect of quality control group management in operating room nursing management. Methods： 24 nursing staff working in the operating room of the 9th people's hospital in chongqing were studied. The nurses were divided into observation groups and control groups， with 12 caregivers in each group. The control group was administered by the control group， and the control group was administered by the quality control group. Then they compared the quality scores and the number of nursing errors in two groups of caregivers. Results： the quality score of nursing staff was higher than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. The total number of nursing errors was less than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： applying quality control group management method to operating room nursing management is ideal， and it can improve the quality of operation in operating room.

手術(shù)室是醫(yī)院重要的組成部分。手術(shù)室的護(hù)理工作較復(fù)雜，易發(fā)生護(hù)理差錯(cuò)。因此，對(duì)手術(shù)室的護(hù)理人員進(jìn)行有效的管理具有著重要的意義。質(zhì)量控制小組管理法是一種新型的管理方法。此方法可以優(yōu)化醫(yī)療環(huán)境，提高護(hù)理工作的質(zhì)量，減少護(hù)理差錯(cuò)[1]。為了進(jìn)一步探討質(zhì)量控制小組管理法在手術(shù)室護(hù)理管理中的應(yīng)用效果，筆者進(jìn)行了本次研究?，F(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。
