[摘要] 目的 探究采用早期肌功能矯治技術(shù)開展兒童正畸治療的應(yīng)用效果。方法 在該院2017年6月—2018年6月期間接受正畸治療的患兒中隨機(jī)抽取78例作為研究對象,并利用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其隨機(jī)分為觀察組與參照組各39例。觀察組采用早期肌功能矯治技術(shù),參照組接受早期功能矯治治療,但不開展肌功能訓(xùn)練。比較兩組患兒的臨床治療效果。 結(jié)果 觀察組患兒轉(zhuǎn)位牙、傾斜牙矯正時(shí)間、治療完成時(shí)間分別為(16.24±3.41)d、(16.37±3.43)d、(39.42±3.75)d均短于參照組(24.15±4.76)d、(28.72±4.68)d、(47.94±3.79)d,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=8.436、13.292、9.980,P<0.001);觀察組治療后的SNB角、ANB角、UI-NA角分別為(76.28±3.14)°、(5.07±1.94)°、(23.08±3.19)°小于參照組(78.63±3.47)°、(6.35±1.76)°、(26.23±3.52)°,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=3.136,P=0.002;t=3.052,P=0.003;t=4.141,P=0.001);觀察組NP-FH角、男女ANS-Me高度值分別為(82.08±3.16)°、(59.21±2.26)°(58.02±3.71)°大于參照組(80.59±3.26)°、(58.22±1.72)°、(56.49±2.18)°,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=2.049,P=0.044;t=2.177,P=0.033;t=2.220,P=0.029)。 結(jié)論 采用早期肌功能矯治技術(shù)開展兒童正畸治療,可有效使患兒面型、牙齒排列得到改善,對患兒頜骨生長發(fā)揮良好的糾正作用,縮短矯正治療時(shí)間。

Application Effect of Early Muscular Function Correction Technique in Children with Orthodontics

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of orthodontic treatment in children with early muscle function correction technique. Methods A total of 78 children who underwent orthodontic treatment from June 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into observation group and reference group of 39 cases by random number table method. The observation group used early muscle function correction technique, and the reference group received early functional treatment, but did not perform muscle function training. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the correction time and the time of treatment of the inverted teeth and the treatment were (16.24±3.41)d, (16.37±3.43)d, and (39.42±3.75)d, respectively, which were shorter than the reference group (24.15±4.76)d, (28.72±4.68)d, (47.94±3.79)d, the difference was statistically significant (t=8.436, 13.292, 9.980, P<0.001); the SNB angle, ANB angle, and UI-NA angle after treatment in the observation group (76.28±3.14)°, (5.07±1.94)°, (23.08±3.19)° were smaller than the reference group (78.63±3.47)°, (6.35±1.76)°, (26.23±3.52)°, the difference is statistically significant, (t=3.136, P=0.002; t=3.052; P=0.003, t=4.141, P=0.001); observed group NP-FH angle, male and female ANS-Me height values were (82.08±3.16)°, ( 59.21±2.26)°(58.02±3.71)° is larger than the reference group (80.59±3.26)°, (58.22±1.72)°, (56.49±2.18)°, the difference is statistically significant (t=2.049, P=0.044; t=2.177; P=0.033; t=2.220, P=0.029). Conclusion The use of early muscle function correction technique for orthodontic treatment can effectively improve the facial shape and tooth arrangement of the child, and play a good corrective effect on the growth of the jaw bone and shorten the correction treatment time.

正畸主要指的就是牙齒矯正,隨著醫(yī)療技術(shù)水平的快速發(fā)展,正畸治療已經(jīng)不再單純指的是牙齒整齊矯正治療,逐漸擴(kuò)展到對肌功能障礙、頜骨以及頜面部不協(xié)調(diào)等方面的治療,實(shí)現(xiàn)面部更加協(xié)調(diào)、美觀的目的[1]。在兒童在生長發(fā)育過程中,受先天或后天因素的影響所造成的錯(cuò)頜畸形,不僅對兒童的咬肌功能造成嚴(yán)重影響,對患兒的身心健康發(fā)展也會造成不利影響[2]。正畸治療是常用的口腔疾病治療方法,雖然治療效果較好,但是在停止治療后,易導(dǎo)致病情反復(fù)。為有效改善患兒預(yù)后,該研究對2017年6月—2018年6月期間該院收治的78例正畸治療兒童使用早期肌功能矯治技術(shù)治療的應(yīng)用效果實(shí)施探究,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
1? 資料與方法

該研究方便選取的78例研究對象,于該院接受正畸治療的兒童。入選患兒上頜及下頜共出現(xiàn)8顆切牙替換,均存在不停程度的下頜后縮、牙列擁擠以及深覆牙合、深覆蓋等表現(xiàn)。……
