新時(shí)代商務(wù)英語人才培養(yǎng)模式探析

【摘要】中國面對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展，對(duì)于英語人才的需求不斷增加，伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展，針對(duì)商務(wù)英語人才的培養(yǎng)，又有了更高的要求。多年來，我們的確培養(yǎng)了很多英語專業(yè)的人才，然而，英語高端人才依然匱乏，究其原因，我們的社會(huì)發(fā)展迅速，如果不及時(shí)審視社會(huì)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)，調(diào)整教學(xué)模式，就會(huì)讓學(xué)生未來就業(yè)處于被動(dòng)狀態(tài)，抑或是因?yàn)閷W(xué)生的價(jià)值觀偏頗，很難以立志于愛國，建設(shè)祖國的高度去學(xué)習(xí)。

【Abstract】Facing the soaring development of Chinese economy， the demands of English talents are gradually increasing. As the rapid development of economy， the requirements to cultivating the business English talents are higher. For many years， we do shape a lot of English talents. However， the superior talents are limited. The elementary reason is that we need to change the teaching model as the development and trends of the society. Otherwise， the graduates will be in the negative circumstances when facing the employment， or they could hardly construct or serve the country from the heart of loving country.

一、引言

隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展，我國針對(duì)外語人才的要求也是水漲船高，按照陳舊的外語教學(xué)要求培養(yǎng)學(xué)生，已經(jīng)開始漸漸地?zé)o法跟上時(shí)代的潮流，為了讓高校學(xué)生畢業(yè)后可以更好地發(fā)揮自己的特長，為祖國做出重要的貢獻(xiàn)，對(duì)于學(xué)生的素質(zhì)要求在不斷地增加。與此同時(shí)，針對(duì)高校的英語教學(xué)，尤其是商務(wù)英語教學(xué)提出了更高的要求。在這樣的背景下，高校教師也要積極調(diào)整教學(xué)模式，以服務(wù)國家改革發(fā)展和對(duì)外戰(zhàn)略為根本，為培養(yǎng)符合社會(huì)發(fā)展的新型商務(wù)英語人才做出積極的準(zhǔn)備，不愧對(duì)教師這個(gè)神圣的名字。

二、理論基礎(chǔ)與相關(guān)研究

目前，國內(nèi)基于商務(wù)英語專業(yè)畢業(yè)生與就業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)的研究并不多，在中國知網(wǎng)中檢索后發(fā)現(xiàn)僅有1667篇文章是英語就業(yè)與發(fā)展相關(guān)的研究，其中與商務(wù)英語專業(yè)相關(guān)的論文的僅為316篇，每年發(fā)表的文章都不足50篇。……
