淺析制造企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)管理中的作用及優(yōu)化措施

[摘? ? 要]制造企業(yè)要重視安全生產(chǎn)管理模式的建立，在安全生產(chǎn)管控工作中，需對(duì)制造企業(yè)的基本特點(diǎn)深入分析，認(rèn)識(shí)到執(zhí)行安全生產(chǎn)管控的價(jià)值意義，堅(jiān)定不移地提升安全管理能力。需分析在安全生產(chǎn)管理模式和執(zhí)行過程中存在的不良問題，獲得安全管控上的調(diào)整優(yōu)化依據(jù)，制定必要的安全優(yōu)化管理措施，不斷提升安全管理能力，獲得較高的安全管理效果。

[Abstract]Manufacturing enterprises should pay attention to the establishment of safety production management mode. In the development of safety production management and control， it is necessary to deeply analyze the basic characteristics of manufacturing enterprises， recognize the value of implementing safety production management and control， and firmly improve the safety management ability. It is necessary to reliably analyze the adverse problems existing in the implementation of safety production management mode and aspects， obtain the basis for adjustment and optimization of safety management and control， formulate necessary safety optimization management measures， continuously improve the safety management ability， and obtain higher safety management effect.

安全生產(chǎn)管理工作的開展，能實(shí)現(xiàn)制造企業(yè)穩(wěn)定、可靠的發(fā)展，在不斷獲得安全管理成果、提升安全生產(chǎn)品質(zhì)的過程中，企業(yè)的品牌價(jià)值提升，有利于擴(kuò)大企業(yè)在行業(yè)中的影響力，消除負(fù)面隱患，獲得安全生產(chǎn)管控過程中的價(jià)值保障，逐步建立起更加到位的安全生產(chǎn)管控模式，為提升企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率、市場競爭力，發(fā)揮突出價(jià)值效果。

1 制造企業(yè)的基本特征

機(jī)械制造行業(yè)涉及的領(lǐng)域有很多，如工業(yè)生產(chǎn)機(jī)械、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)機(jī)械、建筑工程機(jī)械、礦山機(jī)械、港口機(jī)械等，任何一項(xiàng)都與國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有緊密聯(lián)系。在這種情況下，機(jī)械制造行業(yè)必然會(huì)呈現(xiàn)出一定的特征，了解這些特征，對(duì)于做好機(jī)械制造企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)管理是非常有幫助的。

1.1 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和隱患多

制造企業(yè)存在突出的生態(tài)安全隱患因素，制造企業(yè)常常因?yàn)椴涣及踩L(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響，導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)壓力增加、安全管控優(yōu)勢(shì)不足。生產(chǎn)過程中有很多影響安全的因素，如用電安全、設(shè)備操作安全等，對(duì)安全的考慮甚至要延伸到機(jī)械生產(chǎn)制造后的使用過程中去。……
