[摘要] 目的 研究在基層醫(yī)院護理人力資源配中應用分級管理模式的臨床價值。方法 選擇2018年5月—2019年5月期間在該院醫(yī)院就職的60名護理人員,以雙盲法將進行分組每組各30人,常規(guī)組開展常規(guī)管理模式,分級組開展分級管理模式,比較分級組與常規(guī)組護理人員護理差錯、護理質量、患者對服務滿意度。結果 分級組護理人員護理差錯發(fā)生率、基礎護理、病房管理、護理安全、護理文書、患者對服務滿意度與常規(guī)組比較,管理后分級組與常規(guī)組護理人員基礎護理、病房管理、護理安全、護理文書對比管理前,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 將分級管理模式應用在基層醫(yī)院護理人力資源配中可合理配置人力資源,值得借鑒。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical value of applying hierarchical management mode in the allocation of nursing human resources in primary hospitals. Methods Select was 60 nursing staff who worked in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019. The study will be divided into two groups using double-blind method. 30 people in each group, The graded group developed a graded management model to compare nursing errors, quality of care, and patient satisfaction with services among the graded group and routine group nursing staff. Results The incidence of nursing errors of nursing staff in the graded group, basic care, ward management, nursing safety, nursing documents, and patient satisfaction with the service were compared with those of the conventional group. After management, the nursing staff of the graded group and conventional group received basic care, ward management, and nursing safety, nursing documents before comparison management, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), data indicators showed the significance of evidence analysis. Conclusion Applying the hierarchical management model to the allocation of nursing human resources in basic hospitals can reasonably allocate human resources and is worth reference.

護士分級管理實際上是依據(jù)科室各類醫(yī)護人員自身專業(yè)能力、自身素養(yǎng)實施的不同層次及其不同級別的規(guī)范化管理[1-2]。該院文報道了分級管理模式與常規(guī)管理應用在2018年5月—2019年5月期間在該院院就職的60名護理人員中的臨床管理價值。報道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
將該院院就職的60名護理人員進行分組研究,分級組入組30人,女性與男性之比是29:1,最大年齡37歲,最小年齡20歲,平均年齡(28.55±2.22)歲;常規(guī)組入組30名,女性與男性之比是28:2,最大年齡36歲,最小年21歲,平均年齡(27.55±2.01)歲。驗證比對分級組與常規(guī)組護理人員涉及的基礎資料,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05)。另外取同期收治的60例患者,按照入院先后分組,其中30例,男18例,女12例,平均年齡(42.60±2.00)歲,采用常規(guī)管理模式;另外30例患者男19例,女11例,平均年齡(43.00±2.20)歲,給予分級管理模式。兩……
