神經外科護理管理工作中五常法應用價值分析

[摘要] 目的 分析神經外科護理管理工作中五常法的應用價值。方法 研究選擇2017年1月—2018年12月在該院神經外科住院治療的240例患者，按照住院年份分為對照組和研究組，分別于開展五常法護理管理前后住院，對比開展五常法護理管理前后護理質量評分和患者的滿意度、不良事件發生情況。結果 “五常法”護理管理開展后神經外科護理質量各項評分均高于“五常法”護理管理開展前，“五常法”護理管理開展前后比較，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。對比兩組患者住院期間不良事件發生率研究組低于對照組，兩組相比，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 神經外科護理管理工作中落實五常法可提高護理質量，保障治療安全性，促進護理人員的業務能力不斷提高。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application value of the Five Common Methods in nursing management of neurosurgery. Methods A total of 240 patients who were admitted to the hospital for neurosurgery from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into control group and study group according to the years of hospitalization. They were hospitalized before and after the Five Common Methods of nursing management， and compared with the Five Common Methods of nursing of the nursing quality scores before and after management， patient satisfaction， and occurrence of adverse events. Results The scores of the quality of neurosurgery nursing after the implementation of "Five Common Methods" nursing management were higher than before the development of "Five Common Methods" nursing management. There were significant differences before and after the development of "Five Common Methods" nursing management，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse events during hospitalization between the two groups of patients was lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the Five Common Methods in nursing management of neurosurgery can improve the quality of care， ensure the safety of treatment， and promote care people's business capabilities.

神經外科護理工作量大、任務繁重，全面、高效的護理管理工作是保障護理質量和安全性的關鍵環節。“五常法”近年來被各大醫院各個部門廣泛運用，不僅能夠提高工作質量，也提高了人員工作效率，并促進工作環境大幅度改善。該文選擇2017年1月—2018年12月該院神經外科住院治療的240例患者為研究對象，分析了神經外科護理管理工作中五常法的應用價值，報道如下。

1? 資料與方法

1.1? 一般資料

研究選擇在該院神經外科住院治療的240例患者。按照住院年份分組，將2017年住院治療的120例患者做為對照組，2018年住院治療的120例患者做為研究組。對照組中男性、女性分別有77例、43例;年齡30～70歲，平均年齡（54.11±5.43）歲。研究組中男性、女性分別有74例、46例;年齡33～74歲，平均年齡（56.27±6.18）歲。對比兩組患者基礎資料，差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。

神經外科護理人員資料。該院神經外科共有26名護理人員，均是女性，年齡22～44歲，平均年齡（32.18±4.56）歲;學歷：大專12名，本科14名;其中有主管護師4名，護師10名，護士12名。
