腫瘤科專科護士培訓臨床護理路徑的臨床應用分析

[摘要] 目的 了解腫瘤科專科護士培訓臨床護理路徑的臨床應用。方法 將該院2018年1月—2019年1月的20名腫瘤科專科護士，隨機分組每組10名。常規護理培訓組對該院的腫瘤科專科護士予以常規管理模式培訓，臨床護理路徑培訓組對該院腫瘤科專科護士以臨床護理路徑培訓。比較兩組滿意測評值;腫瘤科專科護士對待腫瘤科患者知識的認知以及技能的掌握評分;培訓前后腫瘤科專科護士的理論成績和實踐操作成績。結果 臨床護理路徑培訓組的滿意測評值更高，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。培訓后臨床護理路徑培訓組腫瘤科專科護士的理論成績和實踐操作成績優于常規護理培訓組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。臨床護理路徑培訓組腫瘤科專科護士對待腫瘤科患者知識的認知以及技能的掌握評分優于常規護理培訓組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 腫瘤科專科護士實施臨床護理路徑培訓可獲得較好的效果，可提高腫瘤科專科護士對相關知識和技能的掌握度，是一種值得推廣的培訓模式。

[Abstract] Objective To understand the clinical application of oncology nurse training clinical nursing pathway. Methods 20 cases of oncology nurses in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups of 10 cases each. The routine nursing training group trains the oncology specialist nurses in our hospital with routine management model training， and the clinical nursing pathway training team trains the oncology specialist nurses in our hospital with clinical nursing pathway training. Satisfactory evaluation values were compared between the two groups; oncology specialist nurses' knowledge of the oncology patient's knowledge and skills mastery scores; the theoretical and practical results of oncology nurses before and after training. Results The satisfaction evaluation value of the clinical nursing pathway training group was higher，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. After training， the theoretical and practical scores of oncology specialist nurses in the clinical nursing pathway training group were better than those in the conventional nursing training group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Oncology specialist nurses in the clinical nursing pathway training group scored better on the knowledge and skills of treating oncology patients than the conventional nursing training group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Oncology specialist nurses can achieve better results by implementing clinical nursing pathway training， which can improve the mastery of relevant knowledge and skills of oncology specialist nurses. It is a training mode worth promoting.

目前，腫瘤科患者在臨床護理中的重要性越來越受到重視。專科護士是專業的臨床護士，他們在護理專業領域發展，在特定或專業護理領域具有高水平和專業知識[1-2]。基于循證醫學，臨床路徑的基礎是提高醫療保健的安全性和可靠性，確保患者生命安全。在實踐過程中，提取了一套具有嚴格操作程序和精確時間要求的標準化流程和模式。專科護士的出現滿足了現階段人們的健康需求。腫瘤科專科護士對腫瘤科患者知識的了解和態度將直接影響患者的疼痛護理工作質量，因此，需要加強腫瘤科專科護士的腫瘤科患者培訓。該研究將該院2018年1月—2019年1月的20名腫瘤科專科護士，隨機分組每組10名。常規護理培訓組對該院的腫瘤科專科護士予以常規管理模式培訓，臨床護理路徑培訓組對該院腫瘤科專科護士以臨床護理路徑培訓。……
