[摘要] 目的 探討基于影像微信公眾平臺(tái)的病例導(dǎo)入式教學(xué)在提高影像專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生實(shí)踐技能的應(yīng)用研究。方法 選取齊齊哈爾醫(yī)學(xué)院2014、2015、2016級(jí)醫(yī)學(xué)影像學(xué)100名本科生作為研究對(duì)象。將100名實(shí)習(xí)生分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組,微信平臺(tái)教學(xué)組(實(shí)驗(yàn)組)50人,采用基于影像微信公眾平臺(tái)的病例導(dǎo)入式教學(xué)法;傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)組(對(duì)照組)50人,對(duì)照組學(xué)生接受傳統(tǒng)授課模式教學(xué),比較兩組學(xué)生的理論考試成績(jī)、閱片能力測(cè)試及教學(xué)滿意度測(cè)評(píng)。結(jié)果 考試測(cè)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生醫(yī)學(xué)影像學(xué)理論考試成績(jī)、閱片能力測(cè)試及教學(xué)滿意度測(cè)評(píng)明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 影像微信公眾平臺(tái)的病例導(dǎo)入式教學(xué)在影像專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生實(shí)踐技能的應(yīng)用,不僅提高了學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力,還提高了學(xué)生的理論考試成績(jī)、實(shí)踐閱片成績(jī)及教學(xué)滿意度。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application research of case-based teaching based on the image WeChat public platform to improve the practical skills of imaging students. Methods A total of 100 undergraduates from 2014, 2015 and 2016 in Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the research objects. The 100 interns were divided into a experimental group and a control group, a WeChat platform teaching group (experimental group) of 50 people, using a case-based teaching method based on the image WeChat public platform; a traditional teaching group (control group) of 50 people, a control group of students accepted traditional teaching mode, compare the theoretical test scores, reading ability test, and teaching satisfaction assessment of the two groups of students. Results The test results showed that the experimental group's medical imaging theory test scores, reading ability test, and teaching satisfaction assessment were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of case-introduction teaching on the image WeChat public platform to the practical skills of imaging students not only improves students' autonomous learning ability, but also improves students' theoretical test scores, practical film reading scores, and teaching satisfaction.

醫(yī)學(xué)影像學(xué)是一門(mén)實(shí)踐性很強(qiáng)的綜合性學(xué)科[1],它要求醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)與臨床實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,將理論課學(xué)到的知識(shí),結(jié)合疾病的影像學(xué)特征,使影像學(xué)生達(dá)到充分理解。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),醫(yī)學(xué)影像學(xué)教學(xué)大多采用傳統(tǒng)的(LBL)教學(xué)法,注重教師主導(dǎo)性,忽視學(xué)生主體性[2]。
基于影像微信公眾平臺(tái)病例導(dǎo)入式教學(xué)法是以病例為引導(dǎo)的教學(xué)(CBS)和以問(wèn)題為中心的教學(xué)(PBL)相結(jié)合的教學(xué)方法,它以臨床典型病例為先導(dǎo),通過(guò)病例圖片提出問(wèn)題,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí),提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性[3],培養(yǎng)學(xué)生臨床實(shí)踐能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)理論知識(shí)與臨床實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,進(jìn)而鞏固教學(xué)內(nèi)容,學(xué)生通過(guò)理論……
