品管圈在提升精神科臨床護(hù)理路徑有效執(zhí)行率中的應(yīng)用效果

[摘要] 目的 探討品管圈活動在提升精神科臨床護(hù)理路徑有效執(zhí)行率的應(yīng)用效果。方法 在病區(qū)建立品管圈小組，運(yùn)用頭腦風(fēng)暴、特性要因圖、柏拉圖等質(zhì)量管理工具對該病區(qū)的臨床護(hù)理路徑有效執(zhí)行的現(xiàn)狀和患者滿意度進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，根據(jù)分析出的要因有針對性地對護(hù)理人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)和改進(jìn)工作流程;對患者進(jìn)行安全健康宣教、疾病知識宣教，最終提升精神科臨床護(hù)理路徑有效執(zhí)行率、患者滿意度。結(jié)果 臨床護(hù)理路徑有效執(zhí)行率由51.53%提升到78.86%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;患者滿意度提高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 借助于該次病區(qū)開展的品管圈活動，降低了精神科臨床護(hù)理路徑中的缺陷項(xiàng)目發(fā)生比例，提升了精神科臨床護(hù)理路徑有效執(zhí)行率和患者滿意度，同時還增強(qiáng)護(hù)士發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、溝通解決問題、團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作的能力。

Application of Quality Control Circle in Improving the Effective Implementation Rate of Psychiatric Clinical Nursing Pathway

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in improving the effective implementation rate of psychiatric clinical nursing pathway. Methods A quality control circle group was established in the ward， and the quality management tools such as brainstorming， characteristic factor map， and Plato were used to statistically analyze the current status of effective implementation of the clinical nursing path and patient satisfaction in the ward. According to the analyzed factors， targeted training of nursing staff and improvement of work processes; safety and health education and disease knowledge education for patients， and ultimately improving the effective implementation rate and patient satisfaction of psychiatric clinical nursing pathways. Results The effective implementation rate of clinical nursing pathway increased from 51.53% to 78.86%， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; patient satisfaction increased， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion With the help of the quality control circle activities in the ward， the proportion of defective items in the psychiatric clinical nursing pathway was reduced， the effective implementation rate and patient satisfaction of the psychiatric clinical nursing pathway were improved， and the ability to discover problems， communicate and solve problems， unity and collaboration of the nurses were enhanced.

臨床路徑是以循證醫(yī)學(xué)證據(jù)和臨床診療指南為指導(dǎo)，針對某一疾病或病種制定的一套標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化模式和程序，是一個有關(guān)診療、護(hù)理、康復(fù)、檢驗(yàn)檢測等臨床治療的綜合模式。具體臨床護(hù)理路徑主要是指基于某種手術(shù)、疾病或診斷進(jìn)行的護(hù)理模式，通過針對性地設(shè)計(jì)一系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)護(hù)理流程，為患者提供更有效的護(hù)理，使患者從入院到出院整個醫(yī)療活動中有序接受相關(guān)護(hù)理服務(wù)[1]。目前品管圈作為優(yōu)秀管理工具已廣泛應(yīng)用于醫(yī)院的各個部門，并且已取得了顯著效果。該病區(qū)于2019年4月，開展品管圈活動，總計(jì)選取131例患者，觀察品管圈活動對精神科臨床護(hù)理路徑有效執(zhí)行情況和患者滿意度效果的影響。現(xiàn)報道如下。

1? 資料與方法

1.1? 一般資料

選取該病區(qū)品管圈活動前2018年12月13日—2019年1月4日在院入臨床路徑患者58名，品管圈活動后2019年4月8日—4月30日在院入徑患者73名，設(shè)為活動前組和活動后組。……
