湖北省十堰市某地區糖尿病和糖尿病前期患病率調查

[摘要] 目的 了解湖北省十堰市某地區糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率情況。方法 采用分層抽樣方法，對2014年1月—2016年7月湖北省十堰市某地區4 435名20～79歲漢族人群進行橫斷面調查，獲取一般資料，測空腹血糖，對于空腹血糖≥6.1 mmol/L者，進一步行OGTT診斷是否為糖尿病。結果 共計4 435名完成調查，其中男性2 620名，女性1815名。經當地人口學數據標化后，該區域內糖尿病總體患病率為11.24%（其中男性 10.08%，女性 12.81%），糖尿病前期總體患病率為14.98%（其中男性 13.70%，女性 16.73%），男女間差異有統計學意義（P<0.01）。結論 十堰市鄖陽區糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率較高，應積極采取相應措施予以控制。

[Abstract] Objective To understand the prevalence of diabetes and prediabetes in a certain area of Shiyan City， Hubei Province. Methods A stratified sampling method was from January 2014 to July 2016 used to conduct a cross-sectional survey of 4 435 20-79-year-old Han population in a certain area of Shiyan City， Hubei Province. General data were obtained， and fasting blood glucose was measured， for fasting blood glucose≥6.1 mmol/L， further OGTT whether determined the diagnosis was diabetes. Results A total of 4 435 people completed the survey， including 2 620 males and 1815 females. After being standardized by local demographic data， the overall prevalence of diabetes in the region was 11.24%（including 10.08% of men and 12.81% of women）， and the overall prevalence of pre-diabetes was 14.98% （of which 13.70% of men and 16.73% of women）. There was a statistically significant difference between men and women（P<0.01）. Conclusion The prevalence of diabetes and pre-diabetes is high in Yunyang District， Shiyan City， and corresponding measures should be actively taken to control it.

近些年，隨著中國新型城鎮化規劃的不斷推進，中國內地中小城市及附近農村居民生活方式、人口結構發生了巨大變化。2010年研究[1]表明，中國20歲及以上成人糖尿病患病率達到了9.7%，糖尿病前期患病率達到15.2%。最新的研究顯示目前中國糖尿病患病率約為11.6%。國民生活方式和飲食結構的改變是超重和肥胖的主要危險因素，除此以外，包括遺傳因素、生活環境改變等多種參與其中[2]。湖北省十堰市鄖陽區處于南水北調中線工程源頭，當地移民策略主要包括外遷和就地后靠安置，既往研究發現，庫區移民2型糖尿病患病率遠高于非移民，為了解就地后靠移民安置對遠期2型糖尿病發病率的影響，對2014年1月—2016年7月區域范圍內居民進行調查，以了解目前糖尿病患病率情況，為今后進一步研究奠定基礎。……
