

[摘要] 目的 觀察分析胰島素不同給藥方法治療糖尿病的臨床效果。方法 隨機擇取2018年4月—2019年4月于該院收治的122例糖尿病患者作為研究對象,按照入院時間將122例患者分為對照組(n=61例)與觀察組(n=61例),分別給予不同的胰島素治療方法。對照組行胰島素常規注射治療,觀察組行胰島素泵持續注射,比較兩組糖尿病的臨床有效率、血糖水平、血糖達標時間、胰島素應用劑量、低血糖發生率。結果 觀察組61例糖尿病的臨床有效率96.7%大于對照組的有效率67.2%,差異有統計學意義(χ2=7.998,P<0.05)。觀察組的低血糖率3.4%小于對照組的14.8%,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。觀察組治療后的空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、糖化血紅蛋白水平、血糖達標時間、胰島素應用劑量均小于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 應用胰島素泵持續給藥,可有效治療糖尿病,可更好的控制糖尿病的血糖水平,可減少低血糖率,臨床應用安全性更高。

Observation of Clinical Effect of Different Insulin Administration Methods on Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of different insulin administration methods on diabetes. Methods A total of 122 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly selected as study subjects. According to the time of admission, 122 patients were divided into control group(n=61 cases) and observation group (n=61 patients) were given different insulin treatment methods. The control group received conventional insulin injection treatment, and the observation group received continuous insulin pump injection. The clinical efficacy, blood glucose level, blood glucose reaching time, insulin dosage, and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of 61 cases of diabetes in the observation group was 96.7% greater than the effective rate of 67.2% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.998,P<0.05). The hypoglycemia rate in the observation group was 3.4% less than the control group's 14.8%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The fasting blood glucose level, 2h postprandial blood glucose level, glycated hemoglobin level, blood glucose compliance time, and insulin application dose in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous application of insulin pump can effectively treat diabetes, better control the blood sugar level of diabetes, reduce the rate of hypoglycemia, and have higher clinical safety.

隨著我國社會飛速發展,人們的飲食結構與生活方式均有顯著改變,人們的糖分攝入量越來越高,糖尿病發病率也有明顯升高。糖尿病屬于內分泌科常見病,患者的主要特征為赤血高血糖。臨床認為,糖尿病的發生與遺傳因素、環境因素、飲食因素、生活習慣等多種因素相關[1]。以往,臨床往往給予胰島素口服治療糖尿病,但口服胰島素雖有一定效果,但對于病情比較嚴重的患者而言,效果并不理想。因此,臨床提議皮下注射胰島素治療糖尿病。既往研究認為[2],皮下注射胰島素治療糖尿病的效果優于口服胰島素。但近年來,臨床推出了一種新型治療方法—胰島素泵持續注射治療。隨機擇取2018年4月—2019年4月于該院收治的122例糖尿病患者作為研究對象,對比分析了胰島素常規皮下注射與胰島素泵持續注射的治療效果,報道如下。……
