2型糖尿病合并心腦血管病的臨床內科觀察及治療

[摘要] 目的 研究2型糖尿病合并心腦血管病的臨床內科觀察及治療方法。方法 該次研究選擇2018年1月—2019年1月期間來該院進行治療的36例2型糖尿病患者合并心腦血管病患者為研究組，選擇同期來該院進行治療的36例單純2型糖尿病患者作為對比組。給予不同的治療方法，比對兩組患者合并心腦血管疾病的誘因情況以及治療效果。結果 2型糖尿病合并心腦血管病的誘因主要是吸煙、嗜葷食、低血糖、嗜甜食;經治療，兩組患者的治療有效率之間的差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。結論 2型糖尿病患者如果吸煙、嗜葷食、低血糖、嗜甜食容易誘發心腦血管疾病，治療時要注意對危險因素進行預防，以避免患者的病情發展。

Clinical Observation and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical observation and treatment of type 2 diabetes with cardio-cerebrovascular disease. Methods In this study， 36 patients with type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease who came to the hospital for treatment from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study group. Patients with type 2 diabetes served as a control group. Different treatment methods were given to compare the inducement and treatment effect of combined cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the two groups of patients. Results The main causes of type 2 diabetes combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were smoking， cravings， hypoglycemia， and sweets. After treatment， the difference between the two groups' treatment effectiveness was not statistically significant（P>0.05）. Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes are likely to cause cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases if they smoke， eat fast， have low blood glucose， and eat sweets. Attention should be paid to the prevention of risk factors to prevent the development of the patient's condition.

在臨床上，糖尿病屬于最為常見的慢性疾病，屬于內分泌系統的老年疾病，在患者發病之后，如果沒有及時對血糖進行控制，則有可能合并發生眼部病變、腎臟病變等并發癥，嚴重影響了老年人的生活質量，嚴重的情況下甚至對患者的生命都造成威脅，因此需要及時進行治療[1]。2型糖尿病在糖尿病中占比較大的比例，而心腦血管疾病是2型糖尿病最主要的并發癥之一，嚴重的情況下甚至會造成患者死亡。因此，該次研究選擇在2018年1月—2019年1月期間來該院治療的72例患者作為研究對象，研究其誘發心腦血管疾病因素以及治療方法，報道如下。
