超聲對糖尿病患者頸動脈改變及左心室功能改變關系的研究

[摘要] 目的 研究超聲對糖尿病患者頸動脈改變及左心室功能改變關系。方法 選擇該院2018年3月—2019年2月納入的113例糖尿病患者作為研究組，另選擇同一時間健康體檢者80名作為對照組，分別實施超聲檢查，觀察兩組頸動脈及左心室功能情況。結果 研究組在IMT、EF、VE/VA及斑塊檢出率上與對照組對比差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 糖尿病患者頸動脈變化與左心室功能存在關聯，通過超聲探查后對患者心臟功能進行評估，在臨床具有一定指導意義。

Study on the Relationship between Carotid Artery Changes and Left Ventricular Function Changes in Diabetic Patients by Ultrasound

[Abstract] Objective To study the relationship between ultrasound and carotid artery changes and left ventricular function in patients with diabetes. Methods A total of 113 diabetic patients included in the hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study group， and 80 healthy subjects at the same time were selected as the control group. Ultrasound was performed to observe the carotid artery and left ventricular function in both groups. Results The IMT， EF， VE/VA and plaque detection rates of the study group were significantly different from those of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The carotid artery changes in diabetic patients are related to the left ventricular function. The assessment of cardiac function of patients after ultrasound exploration has certain clinical significance.

糖尿病屬于常見的代謝性疾病，當患者長時間處于高血糖狀態，極易牽連各組織受損，對患者傷害較大。既往報道中顯示[1]，糖尿病患者通常伴有血脂升高趨勢，從而極易使血管壁細胞攝取脂質，而巨噬細胞可能攝取膽固醇，低密度脂蛋白的糖基化可對肝細胞受體識別發揮抑制作用，從而直接影響代謝，同時與清道夫受體發生結合反應，并被巨噬細胞降解，最終聚集在巨噬細胞中，形成泡沫細胞，引發動脈粥樣硬化。另外動脈粥樣硬化與心腦血管疾病息息相關，若能夠全面掌握患者頸動脈變化與其左心室功能的關聯，盡早給予相關干預，為后續治療提供指導意義[2-3]。該文對此展開研究，選擇該院2018年3月—2019年2月納入的113例糖尿病患者作為研究對象，報道如下。

1? 資料與方法

1.1? 一般資料

選擇該院113例糖尿病患者作為研究組，另選擇同一時間健康體檢者80名作為對照組。研究組男性61例，女性52例，年齡52～68歲，平均年齡（60.25±2.47）歲，空腹血糖8～11 mmol/L，平均空腹血糖（9.31±1.04）mmol/L;對照組男性44名，女性36名，年齡52～70歲，平均年齡（60.77±2.15）歲。……
