質(zhì)子醫(yī)療中心運營管理戰(zhàn)略思考

摘? 要 質(zhì)子治療作為放射醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域最有發(fā)展前景的技術(shù)，正處在不斷發(fā)展的過程中。對于質(zhì)子醫(yī)療中心的運營管理者、研究人員、物理師、劑量師及放射治療技師，理論和實踐的教育培訓(xùn)顯得尤為重要。將知識與技能緊密結(jié)合，可以更好地為患者實施治療，提高療效，實現(xiàn)治療成本效益的最優(yōu)化，體現(xiàn)質(zhì)子醫(yī)療中心的運營管理水平。

Abstract Proton therapy， as the most promising technology in the?field of radiation medicine， is in the process of continuous develop-ment. As the operation managers， researchers， physicists， dosimeters，?and radiation therapy technicians of the Proton Medical Center， theo-retical and practical education and training are particularly impor-tant. Combining knowledge and skills can better implement treat-ment for patients and improve efficacy. Achieve the optimization of?cost-effectiveness of treatment and reflect the operation and manage-ment level of Proton Medical Center.

1 引言

近年來，我國的惡性腫瘤發(fā)病率居高不下，治療方法隨著科技的日新月異不斷推陳出新，其中質(zhì)子、重離子等醫(yī)療高科技的研究進入實踐應(yīng)用階段，尤其是質(zhì)子治療技術(shù)作為腫瘤治愈率較高的前沿科技，是獲得國際公認(rèn)的低副作用放射治療方式。國外臨床治療數(shù)據(jù)表明，質(zhì)子治療腫瘤的總有效率達到95%以上，而且五年存活率高達80%，具有劑量打擊準(zhǔn)、副作用低的治療特點，對于人體復(fù)雜組織中的腫瘤，尤其周邊組織對放療敏感和安全性要求極高的頭部腫瘤具有顯著優(yōu)勢。目前，質(zhì)子技術(shù)常見用于治療中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、顱底、頭頸部、胸腹部、盆腔及骨和軟組織腫瘤。

自1895年倫琴發(fā)現(xiàn)X射線和1898年居里夫人發(fā)現(xiàn)放射性核素鐳以來，放射治療腫瘤的歷程已走過100多年的歷史。放療與手術(shù)、化療并列成為腫瘤治療的三大核心手段，超過70%的惡性腫瘤患者需要不同程度的放射治療（表1）。

20世紀(jì)90年代，根據(jù)WHO放射治療效果統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示，惡性腫瘤的治愈率已經(jīng)達到45%，外科手術(shù)、放射治療、化學(xué)治療的貢獻率分別為22%、18%和5%。……
