摘? 要 適應(yīng)航空產(chǎn)業(yè)大發(fā)展形勢(shì),根據(jù)新型士官人才培養(yǎng)需要,對(duì)“飛機(jī)鈑金成形原理與工藝”課程進(jìn)行教學(xué)改革。整合多課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容,擴(kuò)充學(xué)科前沿知識(shí),優(yōu)化課程教學(xué)體系;組建教師教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)授課,發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊(duì)每個(gè)人優(yōu)勢(shì);采用線上+線下混合模式教學(xué),擴(kuò)展授課空間;將教師科研融入教學(xué),教、學(xué)、研三位一體,推進(jìn)課程建設(shè),教學(xué)水平和質(zhì)量有了明顯提高。

Teaching Reform of Professional Course for Sergeants by Inte-grating Teaching, Learning and Researching: Taking Teaching of
Fundamentals and Processes of Sheet Forming of Airplane Part as Example//XU Xuefeng, XIAO Jie, CAO Qingguo
Abstract According to the needs of talent cultivation for sergeants, the teaching of the professional course for sergeants has been reformed. Taking the teaching of Fundamentals and Processes of Sheet Forming of Airplane Part as an example, the contents of several courses have been integrated while the advanced and front knowledge was concerned, so the course has been optimized in con-tents and the teaching system has been improved. A teaching team?with 5 teachers has been assembled which aimed to a fully professio-nal expertise of their own work. The Blending Learning with on-line?or off-line teaching expanded the teaching space. Meanwhile, the teachers integrated their scientific research into teaching. So the tea-ching, learning and researching are trinity, complementing with each?other. The level and quality of teaching have been significantly im-proved.

1 引言
自2012年起,響應(yīng)服務(wù)“軍民融合”國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,實(shí)現(xiàn)“海軍強(qiáng)國(guó)”夢(mèng)想,南昌航空大學(xué)飛機(jī)制造技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)被列入首批定向培養(yǎng)直招士官生,每年招收兩個(gè)班近百人。士官生的院校教育重在發(fā)揮奠基和“加油站”的作用,突出對(duì)其能力提升、知識(shí)拓展、職業(yè)技能培養(yǎng),打牢士官人才職業(yè)素質(zhì)的發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)[1]。但因直招士官兼具學(xué)生和預(yù)備役的特殊性,學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間、學(xué)習(xí)能力等方面存在一定的不足[2],教學(xué)效果往往不是特別理想。
以“飛機(jī)鈑金成形原理與工藝”為例,該課程是飛機(jī)制造技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)的主干核心課。目前全國(guó)高校開(kāi)設(shè)飛機(jī)鈑金成形類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)課程比較少,課程內(nèi)容涉及面廣,專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)多,而且難以理解;教授過(guò)程中偏重理論教學(xué),工程應(yīng)用實(shí)踐較少,教學(xué)內(nèi)容也存在知識(shí)陳舊、更新緩慢等弱點(diǎn)[3]。因此,為滿(mǎn)足新型士官人才培養(yǎng)需求,對(duì)“飛機(jī)鈑金成形原理與工藝”課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行重構(gòu),針對(duì)士官生學(xué)情,弱化理論推導(dǎo),加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐應(yīng)用實(shí)例講解,增加對(duì)先進(jìn)鈑金成形技術(shù)內(nèi)容的擴(kuò)充,使課程內(nèi)容既具基礎(chǔ)性又保持先進(jìn)性,為士官生服役后可能從事的機(jī)務(wù)維修工作打下基礎(chǔ)?!?br>
