加強兒科醫學生患者安全教育的對策思考

摘? 要 醫院患者安全的保證必須建立在對醫療保健人員的普遍教育與培訓上，醫學院校教育作為培養醫務工作者的起點階段，必將產生重要啟蒙與基礎意義。美國、澳大利亞、英國等國家非常重視患者安全教育。兒科患者相對于成人有很大特殊性，兒童健康關乎社會穩定和國家綜合發展進程，但國內醫學院校對于兒科醫學生的患者安全教育并未形成系統的課程體系，在兒科醫學教育中積極開展患者安全教育十分必要及迫切。針對加強兒科醫學生的患者安全教育，提出“提高教師勝任力保障患者安全教學質量、將兒科醫學生的患者安全教育融入醫學院校課程體系、將患者安全意識作為兒科醫生人文素質的重要標志”的對策思考。

Abstract The guarantee of patient safety in hospitals must be based?on the general education and training of medical and health care per-sonnel. Medical education as the starting point for training medical workers will definitely have important enlightenment and basic sig-nificance. The United States， Australia， Britain and other countries attach great importance to the safety education of the patients. Com-pared with adults， pediatric patients are very special. Childrens health is related to social stability and the countrys comprehensive development process. However， domestic medical schools have notformed a systematic curriculum system for safety education for pediatric medical students. So it is very necessary and urgent to carry?out the safety education of the patient in the medical education of?pediatrics students. In order to strengthen the patient safety educa-tion for pediatric medical students， the author proposes improving teachers competence to ensure the quality of patient safety educa-tion， integrating the patient safety education for pediatric medical students into the medical school curriculum system， and using patientsafety awareness as an important symbol of the humanist quality of pediatricians.

1 前言

患者安全是醫療服務的首要前提基礎，也是開展醫療工作最基本的出發點與終極目標。醫學具有不確定性的特點，必將導致不良事件和醫療差錯的發生。促進患者安全是建立醫療質量保障與持續改進體系、促進和諧的醫療環境和患者安全文化氛圍的保障[1]。世界衛生組織在研究報告《患者安全國際分類：概念框架》中將患者安全定義為：患者安全是指將衛生保健相關的不必要傷害減少到可接受的最低程度的風險控制過程。患者安全的保證必須建立在對衛生保健人員的普遍教育上，在醫學院校開展患者安全教育成為全球的必然趨勢[2]。……
