地方高校財務管理專業實務能力培養機制研究

摘? 要 提升地方本科高校財務管理專業人才的應用能力是管理學學科建設的重要內容。深入分析用人單位對財務管理人才的能力新需求，調研地方本科院校財務管理專業人才培養現狀，總結制約地方本科院校財務管理專業學生應用能力提升的主要原因，提出建議采用改革培養方案、加強實務教學、引進和培養“雙師”型師資、大力推行“雙創”教育等措施，全面提升財務管理專業人才實務能力。

Abstract Improving the application ability of students， the major of?whom is financial management， in local undergraduate universities is?an important part of the specialty development. The current situation?of the training of financial management specialty in local undergra-duate colleges and universities are investigated. Main causes that?restrict the upgrading of the application ability of financial manage-ment specialty talents in local undergraduate colleges and universitieshave been found. Suggestions on adopting reform and training pro-grams， strengthening practical education， introducing and cultivating double-qualified teachers， implementation of double-nnovation edu-cation have been made to enhance the application ability in financial management specialties.

1 現狀及問題

以人為本的財務管理專業建設的核心目標是全面提升學生的財務管理能力[1]。財務管理專業人才的專業技術能力主要指參與企業財務管理循環運轉全過程，協助構建完整財務管理體系的專業能力[2]。應用型人才培養應以專業應用能力培養為主導，培養優秀的財務管理專家。財務管理能力主要包括計劃能力、分析和預測能力、控制和決策能力[3]，其專業應用能力又表現為解決實際財務問題的能力，具體而言，是指借助科學思維方法和專業知識，遵循科學規律解決財務管理問題、處理財務管理突發事件、協助搭建公司財務制度體系、完成財務運轉各環節任務的能力。然而，財務管理問題由于其煩瑣和復雜性，在單個學科知識框架內往往難以得到理想的解決方案。因此，提升財務管理能力需加強學科融合，拓寬專業知識跨度。……
