現代化管理方法應用于醫院藥學管理的可行性研究

[摘要] 目的 探究現代化管理方法應用于醫院藥學管理的可行性。方法 該院于2017年7月開始在醫院藥學管理中實施現代化管理措施，具體實施的管理方法有品管圈法、精益管理法以及PDCA管理法，將2017年7月—2019年1月實施管理后的工作人員資料作為觀察組，于2016年5月—2017年6月未實施管理措施的工作人員作為對照組，每組15名，對比統計兩組管理質量、藥學工作情況以及人員工作能力。結果 觀察組在管理措施實施后的藥品管理質量、藥劑調配質量以及護理滿意評分均顯著比對照組高，其不合理用藥、抗菌藥的重復率以及處方配伍出錯率等均比對照組低，數據對比差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;兩組人員的工作能力對比，觀察組人員的能力明顯優于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 醫院藥學管理中有機結合現代管理措施可進一步優化藥學管理質量，降低臨床用藥不安全事件，值得藥學臨床借鑒使用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the feasibility of applying modern management methods to hospital pharmaceutical management. Methods Our hospital started to implement modern management measures in hospital pharmaceutical management in July 2017. The specific management methods include quality control circle method， lean management method and PDCA management method， which will be implemented from July 2017 to January 2019. The management staff information was used as the observation group from May 2016 to June 2017， the staff who did not implement management measures were used as the control group. Each group studied 15 people. The management quality， pharmaceutical work situation and personnel ability to work of the two groups were compared. Results After the implementation of the management measures， the observation group's quality of drug management， quality of pharmaceutical preparations and nursing satisfaction scores were significantly higher than those of the control group. Their unreasonable drug use， antibacterial repetition rate， and prescription compatibility error rate were all lower than those of the control group. The difference in data comparison was statistically significant（P<0.05）; in comparison of the working ability of the two groups， the ability of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05） . Conclusion The organic combination of modern management measures in hospital pharmacy management can further optimize the quality of pharmacy management and reduce unsafe incidents of clinical drug use， which is worthy of reference for pharmacy clinical use.

醫院作為社會重要的衛生機構，承當的作用是疾病的診斷和治療，而醫院的各個科室所發揮的作用各不相同，由于院內工作復雜，工作任務重，接收的患者疾病類型繁雜，為了進一步提高醫院治療水平和服務水平，需要不斷提高和優化臨床管理方案，特別是醫院的藥劑科，其技術要求和服務要求相對較高，一旦發生藥品差錯，不僅對患者的生命造成極大威脅，對其整體的醫療水平都存在不同程度的負面影響[1]。因此針對藥劑科的管理在臨床中顯得尤為重要。下文將以該院參與藥劑科的工作人員為對象展開研究觀察，探討不同的管理方法對醫院藥學管理產生的作用及影響。……
