提高醫院檔案管理能力的對策

[摘要] 在我國經濟社會快速發展的過程中，醫療行業也面臨著改革，近些年醫院在管理和服務方面都有了極大的創新和發展，整體的檔案管理能力也較過去有了顯著地提升，但是隨著醫院檔案量的提升，在檔案管理方面還存在著一定的漏洞和不足，為了保證醫院內部管理的規范，就是要在醫院的檔案管理上給予重視，該文圍繞提升醫院檔案管理的能力展開系統的分析和論述，客觀闡述醫院內部檔案管理過程中存在的不足之處，并針對如何讓提升醫院的檔案管理能力提出自己的見解，提升醫院的檔案管理能力已經成為新醫改背景下的重要要求，是醫院內部管理改進的重點。

[Abstract] In the process of rapid economic and social development in China， the medical industry is also facing reforms. In recent years， hospitals have made great innovations and developments in management and services， and their overall file management capabilities have also been significantly more significant than in the past， however， with the increase upgrade of hospital archives， there are still certain loopholes and deficiencies in archives management. In order to ensure the standard of hospital internal management， it is necessary to pay attention to the hospital's archives management. This article focuses on and carries out a systematic analysis and discussion on the promotion of hospital archives management ability， objectively explain the shortcomings in the hospital's internal file management process， and put forward their own opinions on how to improve the hospital's file management ability， improving the hospital's file management ability has become important requirements for a new medical reform background， which is the focus of hospital internal management improvement.

醫院檔案管理是最基礎、最繁雜的一項工作內容，是收集、整理以及利用信息檔案的全過程，醫院的檔案管理可以實現對相關事件、醫院的救助信息以及工作內容有效記錄和利用。提升醫院檔案管理能力對于改進醫院的內部管理，提升檔案工作的有效性都具有重要的意義，利用科學的視角以及現代化的管理手段進一步優化檔案管理工作是未來醫院檔案管理的方向，將一項基礎性的工作內容用嚴謹的態度和規范的標準來完成，才能在管理上實現改革和創新，讓檔案發揮出自身的應用價值，更好地服務于現代的醫療衛生事業。在過去的建設和管理中，醫院都尚未認識到檔案管理工作的重要性，也忽視了檔案本身的價值，只有改變這種常態，提升檔案管理的能力，才能挖掘和利用醫院檔案本身的參考價值。……
