新型醫聯體背景下的智慧醫療建設模式與路徑研究

[摘要] 隨著我國社會主義的推進，我國的新型醫聯得到了有效的發展，為快速推進我國分級診療整體體系的建設和醫療衛生體制的深入發展，我國有關部門研究并發展了新型的智慧醫療模式。實現智慧醫療建設模式的整體思路為小城鄉可以形成“縣（區）—鄉（街道）—村（社區）”的醫療模式;在大城市可以形成“省—市—縣（區）—鄉（街道）—村（社區）”。在現階段，雖然我國的智慧醫療建設模式還處于起步階段，但是智慧醫療建設模式的全面實施是大勢所趨，該新型的智慧醫療模式能夠快速推動我國基層醫療的建設，同時可以整體提高我國的基層醫療水平，值得在全國范圍中大力推廣使用。

[Abstract] With the advancement of China's socialism， China's new medical union has been effectively developed. In order to quickly promote the construction of the overall system of graded diagnosis and treatment and the in-depth development of the medical and health system in China， relevant departments in China have researched and developed new types of smart medical mode， the overall idea of realizing smart medical construction mode is： small cities and rural areas can form a "county （district）-township （street）-village （community）" medical model; in large cities can form "province-city-county （district）-township （street） — village （community） ”. At this stage， although China's smart medical construction model is still in its infancy， the full implementation of the smart medical construction model is the general trend. This new type of smart medical model can quickly promote the construction of primary medical care in China， and at the same time， it can improve the primary medical care in China as a whole level， worthy of vigorous promotion and use throughout the country.

目前隨著我國社主義的推進，我國人民生活質量得到了普遍的提高，隨之導致的就是我國慢性疾病呈現為多發趨勢，得慢性病的人越來越多，但是由于受到經濟的影響，我國醫療較為集中，呈現為大城市醫療溢出，小城鄉醫療條件較差的狀況。為快速推進我國分級診療整體體系的建設和醫療衛生體制的深入發展，國家出臺了很多政策，希望能夠快速推進我國分級診療整體體系的建設，有效地提高治療效率，全面改善全民的醫療質量。
