護理人員法律法規認識培訓的調查分析

[摘要] 目的 探究對護理人員應用法律法規優質培訓對其法律法規認知的影響。方法 選擇2018年1月—2019年4月間該區某醫院的70名護理人員進行該次實驗，并按照其意愿自行分組，分別分為實驗組和對照組，每組均納入35名護理人員。實驗組護理人員應用優質培訓方式進行法律法規認知培訓，對照組護理人員則應用普通法律法規集中培訓方式。比較兩組護理人員的醫療事故處理評分和考核成績。結果 該次研究成果顯示，實驗組護理人員的醫療事故處理評分顯著優于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05），該次研究成果顯示，實驗組護理人員的考核成績分數高于對照組，雖然對照組患者均分均在80分以上，但實驗組患者均分為90分左右，故護理質量更優，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 在對醫院內部護理人員進行法律法規培訓時，選擇優質法律法規培訓教學模式能夠有助于提高護理人員對法律法規事件的了解度和職業道德規范，對于護理學員的實踐操作和護理技巧都有極強的促進功能。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the impact of high-quality training of nursing staff on the application of laws and regulations to their awareness of laws and regulations. Methods A total of 70 nursing staff from a hospital in the district between January 2018 and April 2019 were selected for this experiment， and they were divided into groups according to their wishes. They were divided into experimental group and control group， and each group included 35 cases of nursing personnel. Nursing staff in the experimental group applied quality training methods for legal and regulatory awareness training， while nursing staff in the control group applied general laws and regulations for centralized training. Comparison was made according to the medical accident handling scores and assessment results of the two groups of nursing staff. Results The results of this study showed that the medical accident management scores of the nursing staff in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Although the average score of the patients in the control group was above 80 points， the patients in the experimental group were all about 90 points， so the quality of care was better and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion In the training of nurses and nurses in hospitals， the selection of high-quality laws and regulations training teaching mode can help to improve nurses' understanding of laws and regulations and professional ethics standards.

隨著我國近年來社會主義市場體系建設的不斷完善和發展，現代人群的生活水平也在不斷提高，現代人民群眾的法律觀念和維權意識也在逐步增強[1]。在這種背景下，我國相關醫務人員也需要認識到在開展各項醫務工作時，其中的法律法規問題，并且注重自我的法律保護，這對于臨床護理工作來說有積極意義[2]。臨床護理是一項十分特殊的醫療行業，相關管理人員需要進一步強化護理人員的法律意識，盡可能在護理操作期間避免發生不必要的護患糾紛，保護醫患雙方的合法權益，進一步推動護理事業的健康發展[3-5]。該次研究選擇2018年1月—2019年4月間該區某醫院的70名護理人員進行該次實驗，探究對現代護理人員應用法律法規優質培訓對其法律法規認知造成的影響，現將結果報道如下。……
