口腔修復(fù)全程信息化管理實施及管理研究

[摘要] 隨著數(shù)字化、信息化及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用于口腔醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域，數(shù)字化口腔美學(xué)修復(fù)技術(shù)也日新月異地改變著傳統(tǒng)修復(fù)診療模式。數(shù)字化美學(xué)修復(fù)治療的發(fā)展，與醫(yī)學(xué)其他領(lǐng)域的數(shù)字化發(fā)展軌跡相類似，從不同臨床治療步驟的數(shù)字化技術(shù)介入，逐漸演變?yōu)樨灤┱麄€治療過程的數(shù)字化。該文介紹目前數(shù)字化技術(shù)在美學(xué)修復(fù)治療中的實踐應(yīng)用。

[Abstract] As digital， information and Internet technologies are widely used in the field of stomatology， digital oral aesthetic restoration technology is also changing the traditional repair diagnosis and treatment model with each passing day. The development of digital aesthetic restoration therapy is similar to the digital development trajectory in other areas of medicine. It has gradually evolved from digital technology intervention in different clinical treatment steps to digitalization throughout the entire treatment process. This paper introduces the paractical application of digital technology in aesthetic prosthodontis.

目前，我國的口腔專科醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療管理信息化在慢慢從過去的醫(yī)院財務(wù)化信息管理模式，作為重要的口腔專科醫(yī)院的信息化管理體系，朝著將口腔患者為最主要的醫(yī)療服務(wù)對象作為口腔專科醫(yī)療診斷信息化管理方向前進[1]。如今的醫(yī)療網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展，給我國的醫(yī)療科學(xué)研究、口腔的修復(fù)技術(shù)和醫(yī)療技術(shù)科研等盡可能地提供了強有力的信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)管理[2]。口腔修復(fù)全程信息化管理主是指把所有患者的病歷錄入電腦，運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)計算機對患者病歷進行錄入、采集、儲存、表示及加工查詢運用，信息化的系統(tǒng)管理是專科口腔醫(yī)院尤為重要的組成部分。

例如現(xiàn)有的口腔修復(fù)電子病歷系統(tǒng)，它其實指的就是一種電子病歷的口腔專科系統(tǒng)，本身它有著很好的口腔修復(fù)病歷的模板，不僅可以很好地去鏈接和修復(fù)醫(yī)生與技師之間的問題，同時可以減少醫(yī)生書寫病歷這一步驟，最大化地提高醫(yī)生的看病效率和時間，減少患者等待的時間。……
