PDCA循環(huán)法在婦科優(yōu)質(zhì)護理中的應用分析

[摘要] 目的 探討PDCA循環(huán)法在婦科優(yōu)質(zhì)護理中的應用。方法 選擇2018年2月—2019年5月收治入院的婦科患者100例，隨機分為對照組和觀察組，每組各50例。對照組接受婦科優(yōu)質(zhì)護理，觀察組在對照組的基礎之上接受PDCA循環(huán)法護理，比較兩組患者接受護理前后的生活自理能力評分表和接受護理后的臥床時間、住院時間評分情況。結(jié)果 兩組患者在接受護理前的生活自理能力評分，差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P>0.05）;觀察組在接受PDCA循環(huán)法護理后的生活自理能力評分高于對照組（P<0.05），觀察組的臥床時間和住院時間也短于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 PDCA循環(huán)法在婦科優(yōu)質(zhì)護理中能起到提高患者生活自理能力、減少患者的住院時間和臥床時間的作用，有助于促進患者的身心康復，值得在臨床護理工作中推廣應用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of PDCA circulation method in high-quality gynecological nursing. Methods A total of 100 gynecological patients admitted from February 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control and observation groups， with 50 cases in each group. The control group received high-quality gynecological care， and the observation group received PDCA cycle nursing on the basis of the control group. The two groups of patients were compared with the scores of self-care ability before and after receiving care， and the bedtime and hospitalization scores after receiving care. Results The scores of self-care ability before receiving care in the two groups of patients were not statistically significant（P>0.05）. The scores of self-care ability after observation in the observation group after receiving PDCA cycle method were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The bed time and hospital stay of the group were also shorter than those of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The PDCA cycle method can play a role in improving the self-care ability of patients， reducing the length of hospitalization and bedtime of patients in high-quality gynecological care， and it is helpful to promote the physical and mental recovery of patients. It is worth promoting in clinical nursing work.

PDCA循環(huán)法是由美國質(zhì)量管理專家哈特博士首先提出，應用在項目活動中進行優(yōu)化項目管理的一種管理方法，P（Plan）是根據(jù)目標制定計劃，D（Do）是實施計劃，C（Check）是檢查計劃實施成果，A（Action）是處理實施成果并吸取經(jīng)驗教訓，待提出新的目標再進行下一個循環(huán)[1]。婦科患者因為病情復雜，對于護理的需求方式也多種多樣，如果將PDCA的管理方式應用于婦科護理工作當中，以促進患者身心康復為目的，圍繞這一目的發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、解決問題、總結(jié)經(jīng)驗推廣應用，應能達到提高護理工作效果的作用。因此，該文2018年2月—2019年5月間以該院收治的100例婦科患者為研究對象，探討PDCA循環(huán)法在婦科優(yōu)質(zhì)護理中的應用分析?，F(xiàn)報道如下。
