責任分組管理對提升手術室護理管理質量的可行性研究

[摘要] 目的 研究責任分組管理對提升手術室護理管理質量的可行性。方法 研究時間2018年1—10月，手術室護士44名，按照數字隨機法分成兩組，對照組護理人員實施常規管理，研究組開展責任分組管理，兩組護理人員手術室護理各項能力指標評分比較，醫生對護理人員滿意度比較。結果 研究組護理人員手術室護理各項能力指標評分均不同程度高于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。對照組醫生對護理人員護理工作滿意度評價81.82%，與研究組護理工作滿意度評價100.00%比較，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 任分組管理對提升手術室護理管理質量提高效果顯著，使醫護人員配合度更密切。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the feasibility of improving the quality of nursing management in the operating room by grouping responsibility management. Methods From January to October 2018， 44 operating room nurses were divided into two groups according to the digital random method. The control group of the nursing staff carried out routine management， the research group carried out responsibility group management， and the two groups of nursing staff's of operating room nursing capabilities index scores were compared， as well as the doctors' satisfaction with nursing staff. Results Nursing staffs in the operating room were scored higher than the control group in different degrees in the operating room， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Doctors in the control group evaluated 81.82% of their nursing work satisfaction， compared with 100.00% in the study group. The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Responsibility management has a significant effect on improving the quality of nursing management in the operating room， and makes medical staff more cooperative.

手術室是醫院的重要組成部分，對患者的救治起到重要的作用;手術治療不僅需要醫生有精湛的醫術，同時醫護人員的配合程度等對手術質量的提高具有積極的作用。近幾年隨著醫療改革的不斷深入，如何提高手術室管理質量也成為關注的重點。責任分組管理是一種較新型模式的管理手段，通過標準對人員進行分組，劃定責任范圍，針對不同情況采用不同層級人員進行相關操作，不僅對人員起到充分的利用，也大大提高效率。該文主要研究責任分組管理對提升手術室護理管理質量的可行性，研究時間2018年1—10月，手術室護士44名，現報道如下。

1? 資料與方法

1.1? 一般資料

選取該院手術室護士44名，按照數字隨機法分成兩組，每組22名;對照組護理人員年齡21～50歲，平均（34.71±3.61）歲;男性與女性比例1：21;護士10名，護師8名，主管護師3名，主任護師1名。研究組護理人員年齡22～51歲，平均（34.66±3.29）歲;男性與女性比例1：21;護士11名，護師7名，主管護師3名，主任護師1名?！?br>
